ZLAMŠÍDLOVÁ, Adéla
The object of this thesis which deals with ?Food quality and sales control system? is to inform about the current legislative as regards the productin and business food chain. In the theoretical part the laws and bills of the Czech Republic are summarized that relate to meat and meat product production. There I focused on how the control of the meat and meat products quality is carried out. In all the production and processing sections it is important to prevent the contamination. In the whole production plant it is important to follow strict security and sanitary rules. The asset of the thesis has been the gain of theoretical and practical overview of the production plant activity including the control authorities.

Influence of pressure-pain and vibrotactille sensitivity by isometric relaxation in a location with myofascial trigger point
Medunová, Kateřina ; Čech, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Otáhal, Jakub (referee)
Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of post-isometric relaxation (PIR) on pressure pain treshold and vibrotactile theshold in the area of myofascial trigger point. Methods: The change in pressure pain threshold and vibrotactile treshold was taken from the area above myofascial trigger point number one trapezius muscle - pars ascendens, and the vibration treshold at dorsum of metacarpal bone of the index finger. Fifty myofascial trigger points were examined (twenty-four from a group of probands with chronic cervicalgia or cervicobrachialgia syndrome, twenty-six in the control group). Results: The pressure pain threshold and vibrotactile threshold did not change after the PIR in the group of patients. But the threshold of vibration sense significantly decreased (nearly by 18%, p = 0.001). The result was opposite in the control group. Pressure pain threshold increased by 11% (p < 0.001) and vibrotactile threshold fell by almost 16% (p = 0.001). Vibration threshold did not change. Conclusions: The study confirmed that PIR can affect not only the pressure pain treshold, but also vibrotactile and even vibration treshold. PIR revealed an alteration to pain perception, vibrotactile and vibratin sensation in the group of patients. This alteration had not been obvious (visible) before...

Verification Tightness of Headlamp
Maule, Jiří ; Pernikář, Jiří (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
The task of my work is to describe and analyse tightness control of front headlights in automotive industry. This work is concerned with theoretical indi-cative allocation according to the light source, development and contruction of headlights in preamble. There is shown the way of disclosing the outflow pres-sure area at loose headlight in next part of this work. It defines the most proba-bly caused reason of untightness with help of Ishikawov diagram. There is also made evaluation of measured values and determined the main cause of un-tightness. At the end there are shown possibilities of statistic´s evaluation of measured values and made changes necesarry for untightness elimination.

Title: Training ofvolejbal playing skills ofboys and girls in junior category. Work objectives : Creating a set of simple technical tests for the junior category for a particular voleyball activities and their evaluation. Comparison of the outcomes and defining the differences between girls and boys category. Methodology: Monitoring ofplayers' performance development in motor tests within observed and control group ofthose players by using comparative method. During monitoring three tests were made that supplied input, control and output data.T-test method for pair values ofdepending selections was used to process and analyze obtained data. Results: Results show to instructors of the tested group the control over the training and doing the particular volleyball activity, methods oftraining and the technical improvement of the team. The after comparison of boys and girls shows the speciality of the motoric progress in this age. Keywords: Keywords Volleyball Playing activity of an individua! Trailer frame VARIANT for transport cabel spools
Buchta, Vladislav ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
Thesis deals with the truck frame VARIANT 252. The main task is to analyze weighting states, setting the values for weigting states. Strength control of the frame by using the Finite Element Method (FEM). And each subsequent frame adjustments based on the results of FEM. Part of this thesis is also the drawing documentation provided a modified frame assembly and each modified components.

Continual helicoidal mixer
Radoš, Pavel ; Malach, František (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This work contains a proposal for constructions and workings of a worm mixer of clay, lime, cementand fly ash with water for delivery quantity 18 tons per an hour. The introduction describes problems of mixing and mixers in the preparation of building materials. I have mentioned calculation of the main proportions and drive under the relevant norms and self-fortress control of the stresssed parts of mixer. Drawing documentation is worked into the ACad program and contains the configurations of the proposed machinery and detailed subassembly of important parts of worm mixer.

Coping with stress in women with alcohol abuse
Kotábová, Lenka ; Goldmann, Petr (advisor) ; Viktorová, Ida (referee)
Main theme of this work is generation of coping strategies by the women with alcohol dependence. Author is highlighting mounting society tolerance to stress and to alcohol abuse and she also shows this two phenomenon in mutual context. By the women side of population author particular describe dependence and border of society norm. Main goal is to bring to light and explore maladaptive strategies, by women with alcohol dependence, which are varied from ordinary population and the reason of such a behavior. To solve this issue author chose two methods. Firstly she uses data from TAT projective test, secondly verbal self examination test SVF. Inquire group of women author compare with control group of women, who embody no alcohol problem. Better success is expected from control group, because normal population should have better coping strategies. From result of research ensue, that women with alcohol dependence embody worse coping strategies indeed. But this difference is not such as strong as was expected. In declarative test SVF alcohol dependent women overestimate their strategies in comparison to TAT. On the base of this fact author offers hypothesis, that it can be only proclamation in presentation of coping strategies. Women from control group anticipate their strategies more accurately.

Ekonometrická analýza vlivu kruhových objezdů na počet a závažnost dopravních nehod
Štefanides, Libor
Econometric analysis of the impact of roundabouts on the number and severity of traffic accidents. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2015. This diploma thesis estimates the effect of converting conventional intersec-tions to roundabouts on the number and severity of traffic accidents. The effect is estimated in a Difference-in-Differences setup using data on 40 intersections con-verted to roundabouts and 40 conventional intersections that serve as a control group. The estimated effects, together with the existing estimates of the value of a statistical life, are then used as input data in a Cost-Benefit Analysis of converting intersections into roundabouts. The net present value of converting intersection to the roundabout estimated is estimated at minus 7 755 169 CZK, that is a net social loss. This is because in our data the number of serious injuries increased as a result of conversion. However, the results are not statistically significant, thus we cannot rule out the possibility that the conversion produces zero or moderate social benefits. The results suggest that more research is needed to ascertain whether intersection conversions are sound policy or a waste of resources
