The aim of the work is an analysis of recent and present economic situation and also situation in construction in Slovak Republic. It deals with the economy of a particular company, which specialises in the field of construction works, in the context of outside and inside influences. A more detailed examination relies on the results of a financial analysis. The aim of the thesis is to find out what impact these events have on a specific company and to suggest solutions that would contribute to its resilience to its competition or to help overcome the next potential crisis.

This graduation thesis topic is "Crisis- family break up- from a child's view". As the name Prompts, this paper is focused at the crisis in general, at the crisis in family and also? in detail? at the situation of family break up (or divorce) from a child's view. It is without doubt that the family plays a key role in child's development. It is the first community that a child meets in its life and from which it receives main ways of behavior which are necessary for its social existence. At the same time family is also a place, which is predisposed for getting into crises, family crisis is a period of explosive atmosphere and the family is more endangered by break up. Efficiency of regulation models in financial markets in environment of monetary policy changes.

This paper examines models of supervision and regulation over the financial market and their impact on volatility of interest rates according to monetary policy changes. Its goal is to judge if some of these models aren't less effective and cause higher volatility and if the assumption of market stability is provided. It looks into monetary policy changes and their impact on financial market, interest rates and their development in time of these changes. It analyzes correlation of monetary policy and financial market and gives characteristics of each of regulation models. Using the method of graphical analysis, this paper compares reactions of short- and longterm interest rates (Treasury bills and 10years government yields) in relevant countries during monetary change applications. It examines also official offered rate and real interbank rate and its' spreads. As indicator of financial market stress is used Libor-OIS spread. It evaluates the influence of models used in different countries in each given situation.

Car insurance from the perspective of broker

This bachelor's thesis demonstrates work of insurance broker as a professional consultant in the issue of insurance for corporate sector. The aim of the thesis is to analyze current state on the Czech car insurance market in situation when insurance companies and insurance brokers have got more obligations than before. In the first part of the text I define theoretical basis of car insurance and describe two of its main products. The next part is dedicated to insurance brokers and likely legislative changes which regulate their activities. The last part consists of detailed analysis of fleet insurance offered by seven largest insurance companies operating on the Czech market. In conclusion, I summarize analyzed findings by description of a trend in development of the car insurance. In my bachelor thesis I fully utilized acquired knowledge from cooperation with Pojišťovací makléřství BOHEMIA, a.s.

The Specific Factors Affecting Women in Late Adulthood and the Possibilities of Prevention of their Negative Consequences

This dissertation is focused on the problematic period in postmenopausal women. The women in age from 45 to 60 are in our current society under many pressures which can have a negative influence on their quality of living. The goal of this dissertation is to define these specific factors into biological, psychological and social factors and also to analyse their possible negative consequences and suggest the ways of prevention. The climacterium, partnership relations, divorces, children´s walk-out from home, the part of grandparents or also the old parent-care belong among these factors. These could be marked as a difficult living situations which could cause stress, coflicts or frustration. If this stage stays uncontrolled, many psychological troubles could start leading up to many kinds of addictions or self-destructions. That is why is the last chapter focused on the possibilities of prevention, both from the women point of view and from the society.

The case study of motivational structure of resiliency

The thesis deals with the theme of resiliency and motivational structure. The theoretical part of the thesis includes several thematic areas {--} stress, stress management (coping), resistance, motivation and motivational structure. The practical part of the thesis is consisted of the three case studies, interpretations of these studies and interpretation of Personal Concern Inventory (PCI), which was used to detect their motivational structure Aim of the work is to find out the basic personal characteristics of resilient individuals, their coping strategies and motivational structure.

The selection of an appropriate legal form to found a sports club in a certain situation

A bachelor's work titled "The selection of an appropriate legal form to found a sports club in a certain situation" was created in 2013 by Marta Mrklasová, a student at the University of Economics, Prague, Faculty of International Relations, at the Departement of Business and European Law under the supervision of Mr. Mgr. Květoslav Žák. It evaluates an appropriateness of selected legal forms to found a sports club in a specific situation. The aim of this work is to choose the most suitable legal form to found a sports club, whose intent is to provide leisure sports activities for children, youth and adults in the field of aerobic gymnastics on the recreational level. The selection was made on the basis of general characteristics of selected legal forms, detecting useful information about those legal forms and consultations with several entities, which already exist in similar sectors. The result of this work is a selection of probably the most suitable legal form, a civic association. Among other the basic steps to create a civic association were described. This work can be an inspiration for potential founders of sports club in similar situation.

Transformation of Czech samizdat periodicals after 1989

The goal of the submited thesis: "Transformation of the Czech samizdat periodicals after 1989" is to analyze the changes, that the originally samizdat periodicals went through in the conditions of the free-market society, which was formed after 1989 in Czechoslovakia and the Czech Republic. The first (theoretical) part focuses on the general description of the media transformation in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe after the collapse of the Soviet Union and the situation in which the Czech samizdat periodicals have found themselves at the beginning of this process. The second (analytical) part deals with the analysis of the transformation of specific originally samizdat periodicals which continued to be published after 1989.

E-learning in adult education

E-learning lil adult education is a topic which can be understood in various levels. There is always important to specify the notion of the word e-learning exactly, which is mainly conceived as the education through computers and internet. The author of this thesis used the possibility of wide definition of this notion and her thesis is focused on analysis of educational function of electronic media ordinarily used in contemporary society. There 4 is mentioned the radio, television, audio and video recording media and also personal computer and internet in this work. The realization of the educational function of each media is very various, but in general, we can say that the situation is evaluated as absolutely inconvenient. There exist only sporadically activities, which are not hold conceptually, systematically, and that is the main condition for their efficiency. Expressive potential, mainly in the context of the radio, television and recording media has got incoming digitizing, which can offer many interesting possibilities used for the educational purposes.
