Genus Cyprinus Linnaeus, 1758 - actual review on species diversity
Baruš, Vlastimil ; Peňáz, Milan ; Prokeš, Miroslav
In the genus carp (Cyprinus) is included currently 22 taxons in species levels and his fission into two subgenus: Cyprinus s. str. (with 17 species) and Mesocyprinus (with 5 species). Typical taxon on first subgenus Cyprinus (C.) carpio evaluate as a polytypical (with 4 subspecies). From 17 species of subgenus Cyprinus are 8 endemics only in Chinese province Yunnan (=Jünan), 1 species (C. qionghaiensis) province Sechwan, 1 species (C. acutidorsalis) on island Hainan, 5 species in northern as far as middle Vietnam and 1 species (C. intha) in Burma. Geographical distribution of 4 subspecies (C. carpio) is conformable with former views (Kirpichnikov 1967) and number of 2 - 3 domestication centres (Baruš et al. 2002). In subgenus Mesocyprinus registered species are Chinese faunistic elements with C. multitaeniata, that the was ascertained also in northern Vietnam.

Analysis of current situation and trends in distribution channels in the German market
Zabloudilová, Pavlína ; Král, Petr (advisor) ; Vokáč, Matěj (referee)
The objective of this master's thesis is to analyse trends in distribution in the German market and evaluate their importance in the retail environment. The first chapter of the thesis deals with the issue of distribution from a theoretical perspective. Analysis of the German economy and retail environment serves as a basis for further elaboration of the thesis. In the German market is growing the importance of the e-commerce and there is a tendency of integration of distribution channels. The current situation and trends in distribution channels as well as the trends of the future are outlined on the basis of secondary data. The analysis is completed by qualitative research, which determines the potential use of current trends.

Ab initio studie Lavesových fází v systémech Fe-Cr, Fe-Mo a Fe-Ta
Houserová, Jana ; Šob, Mojmír
Binary systems Fe-Cr, Fe-Mo and Fe-Ta can be found in many kinds of steels where the Laves-phase can be considered as a potential candidate for strengthening provided size and distribution of the particles are within certain limits. We performed electronic structure calculations to study the thermodynamic and structural properties of the C14 Laves phase with various compositions. In the frame of the thermodynamic study, we have evaluated the total energies of formation of Laves phase structure with different occupations of sublattices (Fe2Fe, Fe2X, X2Fe, X2X, where X stands for Cr, Mo and Ta) with respect to the Standard Element Reference (SER) states. These energies of formation are of great importance for prediction of stability of studied configurations.

Producer of a Long-term Observation Documentary Film
Třeštíková, Hana ; Strnad, Pavel (advisor) ; Horská, Tereza (referee)
This thesis introduces and describes the problematic of the long-term observation documentary films from the producer?s point of view. Further, it presents the history of this type of documentaries in the Czech republic, along with economical aspects of its production and following distribution. The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part focuses on the explanation of the terminology used in this thesis. The second and third part describe the history of Czech documentary film with special regard to the long-term observation documentary film. The key part of this thesis is the fourth one. It contains description of the funding system as well as problems connected with production and exploitation of this particular kind of documentary. The last part examines several case studies that describe concrete issues of concrete long-term observation documentaries.

Analysis of the logistics processes in the wine distribution
Slavkovský, Matúš ; Jirsák, Petr (advisor) ; Mervart, Michal (referee)
Master's thesis is referring the importance of logistics in the retail business and the importance of reducing logistics costs. It includes so theoretical knowledge as well as the analysis of the relevant markets, which are producing and consuming wine in the largest quantities. Thesis is focused on analysis of the logistical processes and costs of an e-shop. Based on this analysis measures to improve the logistics of the process of the company are proposed. The goal of the Master's thesis is to highlight the need to reduce the warehouse costs, improve internal information system and the improvement of communication in the relationship supplier-customer.

Marketing mix of the fitness centre
Choutková, Aneta ; Khelerová, Vladimíra (advisor) ; Vojtíšek, Zdeněk (referee)
The aim of the thesis is to define and evaluate the marketing mix of the fitness centre World Gym Fitness Group Inc. and to recommend changes that would increase the efficiency of the marketing mix. The theoretical part is divided into two chapters and focuses on marketing mix of services and marketing environment. Within the crucial practical part there has been run a research to determine the mission of the company and clients´ satisfaction. The research is based on direct observation. The practical part contains at first general characteristics of the World Gym company. The next chapters are focused on the individual parts of the marketing mix of the fitness centre. The marketing mix includes services, price, promotion, distribution, physical environment and people. At the end all findings are summarized in the SWOT analysis and recommendations are designed to increase the efficiency of the marketing mix of the fitness centre.

Evaluation of Surface Quality When Using AWJ And WJM Cutting Methods
Pecháček, Martin ; Dvořák, Jaromír (referee) ; Slaný, Martin (advisor)
This study deals with technology of abrasive water jet material cutting and influence of cutting head feed rate on surface topography of cut walls with regards to roughness. Eight parameters were chosen based on the CSN EN ISO 4288 standard representing quality of surface after AWJ cutting. When AWJ cutting the chosen material – commercially pure ASTM B265 grade 2 titanium – feed rate was being changed and in order to obtain information about each parameter´s distribution in various depths of the cut, surface composition was evaluated. It was found out that feed rate has significant influence on surface and that the profile elements´ width grows when increasing the feed rate and cut depth. Furthermore, two selected feed rate results were compared to laser beam technology and conclusion for the selected material was made that AWJ cutting is more preferable due to final roughness and no heat affect on the material.

Personal & Family Financial Planning
Steklý, Ondřej ; Smrčka, Luboš (advisor) ; Zámečník, Petr (referee)
The first goal of this bachelor thesis is to introduce current best-selling financial products and to describe their appropriate usage. The second goal is to describe major ways of distribution of financial products and point out some problems from the "only good for the customers'" point of view. Third goal is to introduce personal and family financial planning and put particular financial products into this context. Chosen issues are described from the practical point of view of a financial advisor with two years' experience in the field. Thanks to this experience I describe not only how the financial planning "should take place", but also how the financial planning in some cases "takes place". In addition to that I describe most common ways, how sellers on the Czech financial market cheat their customers.

Cloud Computing in dentistry
Šeda, Matěj ; Potančok, Martin (advisor) ; Voříšek, Jiří (referee)
This bachelor thesis deals with the opportunities of Cloud Computing technologies and services in dentistry in the Czech Republic. It is especially focused on the use of the Software-as-a-Service distribution model in dental practice management system. Primarily, the information system, which uses a cloud model for distribution of a the dental practice management software, is defined. Then the functionality requirements for this software and general advantages and disadvantages of Cloud Computing in relation to dentistry are summarized. This part also describes the legislative and technical prerequisites for keeping electronic health records. These theoretical findings serve as a basis for the market analysis of Cloud Computing in the field of dentistry in the Czech Republic and abroad, also to carry out interviews with dentists and workers of selected dental surgeries or clinics. Based on these interviews the current condition of dentistry in the Czech Republic and the attitude of Czech surgeries to Cloud Computing is described. The last part of this work presents the options of moving to the cloud and proposes solutions of some Cloud Computing issues, which emerged from previous analyses.
