Kletečková, Martina ; Mravcová, Marie (advisor) ; Merhaut, Luboš (referee)
Through the interpretation of the short rural prose of five selected authors of the second half of the nineteenth and the beginning of the twentieth century (K. V. Rais, J. K. Šlejhar, A. a V. Mrštíkové, T. Nováková, J. Kratochvíl) the thesis deals with the topic of the rural family according to a few aspects that were chosen on the basis of the historical and sociological findings of the technical literature about the rural family in the nineteenth century. The aspects treated by the above mentioned authors are ordered into the chapters "The family model", "Home and world", "Family and the rural year", "Family and the conditions of property", "Birth and death in the rural family" and "Family and traditions and the norms of religious life". The works of the authors are inserted into the context of the rural prose of the nineteenth century. The follow-up interpretation proves the differences in the approach of the authors to the depicted topic.

Prosocial attitudes of adolescents of socially disadvantageous background
Špirková, Kateřina ; Pelikán, Jiří (referee) ; Lorenzová, Jitka (advisor)
This dissertation is distributed into two parts, a theoretic and an empiric ones. The first part deals with morality and prosociality, in the following text these topics are given in a connection with socialization and a family. The second part is created by my own research of prosocial attitudes of adolescents - both from usual population and from a socially disadvantageous background. Prosocial attitudes and behavior are influenced by many factors. Into the main factors are included cognitive development and empathy which quality is very dependent on environment where a person grows up in. This is the reason why this text is focused on a family of adolescents and a socially disadvantageous background, which means concrete children's homes, a sanctuary home, a centre of an educatinal care and one non-profit-making organization (The Colour World of Children). Except the above mentioned, a measure and a grade of prosociality are established on a particular situation, how much this is threatening for a person, if the other persons are present there and if this causes so called dissipation of a responsibility. Executed research proved an importance of a concrete situation and a relation to a person who calls for help. Mostly prosocial and altruistic attitudes were found in a story with a dying wife, least ones...

Basic issues of the custody of children (a comparison of Czech and Spanish law)
Kemény, Ágnes ; Dvořák, Jan (referee) ; Radvanová, Senta (advisor)
71 Essential problems of alternative family care (comparison of the Czech and Spanish legal regulation) In my thesis I have concentrated on the contemporary situation of alternative family care. There are various forms of alternative family care e. g. the adoption, foster care, institutional education and fosterage. The most important for my thesis was the adoption, because during the adoption is being created a new family and also because through this form of alternative family care could be created a relationship between adoptive child and adoptive parent, which is similar to the relationship between the parents and their own child. Furthermore, a child can be assigned to the foster care, fosterage or institutional education. These mentioned forms are important and they have to first of all protect the interests of a child. The choice of one of these forms of alternative family care has to be in accordance with the individual circumstances and needs and as well with the situation of the child's own family. For my thesis I have chosen the comparison of the two legal regulations (Czech and Spanish), because it was more interesting to read and compare how is the alternative family care regulated in the legal system of another country than just in the Czech legal system. My choice of the comparison with...
