Changes to rights to claim foster care benefits since year 2013

Foster care is a form of social care in the Czech Republic. A fostered children and foster parents receive from state a foster care benefits. Up until 2012 these benefits were set by Act No. 117/1995 Coll., on State Social Support. In 2012, Amendment No. 401/2012 Coll., transferred foster care benefits to Act No. 359/1999 Coll., for Social-Legal Protection of Children. With this change in law, there was also a change in the conditions of entitlement to claim foster care benefits and the establishment of efforts to professionalize foster care. The aim of my work is to analyse and compare the legislation of changes to foster care benefits from the perspective of the State Social Support Law and the Law of Social-Legal Protection of Children. I have tried to confirm or invalidate the hypotheses using quantitative research, this forms the empirical part of my work. Hypotheses were focusing on comparing the situation before and after the changes of Law for Social-Legal Protection of Children. As a technique I chose to study documents and using these documents I have provided secondary analysis. I have worked with the statistics of the Ministry for Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic, the Labor Offices and the Regional Offices. The results of my findings have shown that more foster parents should be able to claim foster care benefits. Passing the bill on professional foster care has increased the interest in providing foster care, this must be seen as positive outcome. My research could be used as study material for other students of social science or for people who work in the area of social-legal protection of children. It could also be used as feedback for ministerial officials to sea the real situation since the changes in foster care law.

Products with Protected Designations of the European Union and Their Position in Regional Tourism

The master thesis deals with products with protected designations of the European Union. The main objective of the master thesis is to evaluate the importance of the chosen product with protected designation of the EU in regional tourism and analyse the perception of the product by a producer and by tourists. The sub-objective is the description of the European system of food labelling. The thesis is divided into five main chapters. The first part explains basic concepts which are related to the thesis. The second chapter introduces the best known food quality labels. Greater attention is devoted to the description of the food protection system of the EU. The third chapter deals with the characteristics of the chosen region Beskydy-Wallachia. The second part of this chapter is focused on the chosen protected product Štramberské uši. The forth chapter includes a structured interview with the chosen producer of Štramberské uši and a survey research, which was conducted in two phases. The last chapter contains the evaluation of the implemented survey. The main finding of this thesis is the fact that a relatively high percentage of respondents know the product Štramberské uši. An interesting finding is the fact that only a small portion of them know that the product Štramberské uši is the holder of the protected designation of the European Union. The chosen producer of Štramberské uši sees the main benefit of the label in greater publicity. Among problems he ranks the enforceability of the label and lack of general promotion of Štramberské uši.

Fatigue failure mechanism of nickel-based superalloy Inconel 713LC under 800°C

Nickel superalloys are used for high-temperature application in energetic and aerospace industry. They are exposed to aggressive environment at high temperatures with the interactions between fatigue and creep processes, high-temperature oxidation, corrosion and erosion. Lifetime extension of such strained parts while increasing the performance of particular machine is possible by applying protective surface coatings. The subject of this work is to investigate the fatigue failure mechanisms of superalloy Inconel 713LC at 800 °C and to compare these mechanisms between material with a protective coating based on Al-Si and material without coating. The location of initiation fatigue cracks, their propagation and the fatigue crack propagation rate in some areas were analyzed by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and confocal laser scanning microscopy. Based on previous research it was found that the application of the coating AlSi has a positive effect on lifetime of alloy Inconel 713LC. These results were confirmed and estimated in the diploma thesis.

Substituated Poly(ethylene Glycols) as Drugs Carriers

The aim of this dissertation thesis was preparation of drug delivery systems for polyene antimycotics, especially amphtoricin B(AmB). Series of pH-sensitive conjugates of AmB with substituated poly(ethylene glycols) (PEG) have been synthesized and characterized for this purpose. The intermediate PEGs possess a 1,4-disubstituted benzene ring with aldehyde group at the end of the chain. The benzene ring is connected with PEG at its 4-position (with respect to the aldehyde group) by various functional groups (ether, amide, ester). Reaction of terminal aldehyde group of the substituted PEGs with AmB gave conjugates containinga pH-sensitive imine linkage, which can be presumed to exhibit antimycotic effect at sites with lowered pH value. The stability of prepared conjugates under the different physiological conditions was studied. Phosphate buffers (pH = 7,4 or 5,5) were used as model media. Stability of conjugates in human blood plasma and human blood serum was examinated. The imine linkage is split to give free AmB with half-lives of 2-45 min. The rate of acid catalysed hydrolysis depends upon substitution of the benzene ring; however, it does not depend on molecular weights ofthe PEGs used. The conjugates with ester linkage undergo enzymatic splitting in human blood plasma and/or blood serum at pH 7.4...

Gothic Brickwork in Silesia - The Church of the Virgin Mary on Sand and St. Dorothy in Vratislav

The introduced bachelor's degree work takes up with the brick architecture in Silesia on the example of two chosen Wroclav monasterial churches from the 14th century. The churches of St. Mary on Sand and St. Dorothy church are typical examples of the hall churches so-called Silesia architecture school and part of the work is manifesting the reasons of it's classification to this group of buildings. This work is divided into four parts. The first part is considering the general historical introduction, history of Wroclav and it's topography to the 14th century. The second part is oriented on Virgin Mary's church on Sand, containing brief history of research, description and history of the building. On the third part is similarly desribed the church of St.Dorothy. The last discussion part is summarizing problems concerning the single buildings, the problemacy of vaults in concrete and the possibility of genesis of given vault types, the characterization of so-called Silesia architecture school and the position of these churches within this group, the questions of Mistr Pesek existence, etc. Keywords: Silesia Wrocław Gothic-style architecture hall church vault

Private limited liability company according to Business Corporations Act compared to private limited liability company in Danish law

Private limited liability company is a type of limited liability company used especially by small and medium-size enterprises. This form of company is very popular in and outside of Czech republic. In the last few years many countries have adopted new laws regulating private limited liability companies. In Czech republic it was Business Corporations Act in 2012 although many provisions were included in other acts. In Denmark this form of company is regulated in Danish Companies Act adopted in 2009. This thesis describes legal regulations on private limited liability companies in both Czech republic and Denmark. Description of Danish regulations is rather thorough since there is limited amount of other sources on this matter in Czech language. The aim of the thesis is to compare these regulations and their positive and negative aspects.

HACCP System in a company Pascual Polabí s. r. o.

Aim diploma work is analysis of system HACCP in company Pascual Polabí s. r. o.. To analyze this system properly I arbitrated to carry out internal audit upon this system, I examined, whether adhere plus check all critical control points. Processed I record from hereof inner audit plus determine several power procuration plus recommendation. This system I examined partly with reference to valid legislature plus partly with reference to in-home regulations " Health dangerous at agricultural basic industry firm Pascual Polabí s. r. o." I investigate with recency plus rightness diagrams industrial process plus assesment breaking point.. System implementation HACCP will realize legislative requirements for food processing firm, will ensure production (performance) plus sale health unexceptionable groceries plus dishs, protect the consumer and food processing firm (better vindication before inspection authorities plus complaints consumers) as well as increases know - how plus qualification workers. Base system HACCP is, that not only must be well - established, but also have to adhere correct production plus hygienic rules. That is means, that all personnel must be familiarized whith it and everyone have to know what, when, why plus how be to do. In first chapter behind - pick theoretic part, where describe, what it proper system HACCP is plus what legislative regulations are with him adherent. Concentrate here largely on boot HACCP for agricultural basic industry, because company Pascual Polabí s. r. o. grows salads. In second parts I deal with analysis contemporary system state HACCP in company. Describe here, how is system HACCP in company Pascual Polabí s. r. o. implemented and on what diversification according to legislature zero in on. In third chapter describe fulfilment check internal audit system HACCP, where I double - checked how consequential plus entire lead all documentation system HACCP, so and observance all critical check point in terrain, afield and in store. Check audit in terrain I prove by evidence photographs. Lastly I'm analyzed record audit. From ascertained reality follow on, that the company Pascual Polabí s. r. o. faces all documentation to system HACCP in absolute harmony with requirements legislature and in-home regulations. In terrain I however run against some way inadequacies in observance given critical monitor point namely above all in non - performance using all personal protective means for work. At non - performance hereof request, can get to contamination reaped salads. Therefore would recommended follow - up for - skill of all workers, further consequential verification workers supervisor. Managerial skills

The theoretical basis of this thesis explains the terms closely associated with the management and managerial skills. Introductory part relates to approach the concept itself and the executive management, we are further broken down managerial functions, which are continuously illuminates to describe other skills, such as communication, goal setting, skills and coaching. The main point is to approach the concepts of soft and hard skills that managers should possess, or which should in the course of his practice to learn. Only by careful control of both of these groups of skills can lead to good organization. For a clearer explanation of the managerial skills included graphic view, which approximates the distribution of skills. In the second part, a practical part, described the situation with the existing skills of managers in the selected company. Thanks to the questionnaire, it is possible to measure the current level of acquired skills of managers at three levels and can be evaluated, what is the interest of improving individual skills, or whether managers feel sufficiently qualified for their job positions.
