Finanční analýza společnosti ČSA, a.s.

Cílem mé bakalařské práce je provést finanční analýzu společnosti ČSA, a.s., hodnocení finanční situace a celkové postavení na trhu. Na začatku práce jsem popsala vývoj společnosti. V hlavní části je provadění jednotlivých analýz, poměrových ukazatelů, srovnání s celou ekonomikou. Shrnutí a doporučení je v závěru práce.

Surface relief evolution in cast superalloy In738LC fatigued at room temperature

Low cycle fatigue is an important valving parameter of materiale which are exposed random alternate strain during their operation. The alternate strain in that material is caused by temperature fluctuations during operation and outages such as aircraft engines. Tests of low cycle fatigue were performed on samples of superalloy Inconel 738LC at stable room temperature at 23°C. The actual experiment took place at certain intervals, consisting of cycling itself, and observing changes in surface relief by light and electron microscopy. There was observed significant surface relief at an early stage of low cycle fatigue. We compared results of measurement with other different observation methods.

Geochemické interakce horninového prostředí s plošnými kontaminanty - využití indikačních horizontů 137Cs ke studiu distribuce‚ vazeb a významu vybraných radionuklidů a kovových prvků v horninách oblasti Moravskoslezských Beskyd: Výsledky terénní a laboratorní spektrometrie gama v oblasti Moravskoslezských Beskyd

V roce 2006 byla dokončena terénní gamaspektrometrická měření dle požadavků zadavatele, byla provedena laboratorní radiometrie půdních vzorků a šlichových frakcí, včetně úprav, zhodnoceny a interpretovány výsledky. Mapa plošné aktivity 137Cs v půdě z roku 1987 (IHE 1987) uvádí pro zájmové území CHKO Beskydy hodnoty malého počtu odběrů vzorků v mezích do 10 kBq.m-2. Pozemní gamaspektrometrická měření 2006 s hodnotami 137Cs převážně v mezích 2 – 10 kBq.m-2 a maximem 16,1 kBq.m-2 jsou upřesněním údajů k roku výzkumu 2006 o plošné distribuci radiocezia. Z provedených terénních radiometrických měření, a i z laboratorních měření odebraných vzorků, vyvstává přesnější obraz o kontaminaci území Moravskoslezských Beskyd 137Cs. Ve shodě s očekáváním jsou vyšší hodnoty plošné aktivity 137Cs především v lesích, většinou na exponovaných místech, kde byly v době těsně po havárii vyšší srážky a kde se 137Cs udrželo v humózním povrchovém horizontu. Na obdělávaných plochách, především polích, se 137Cs dostalo do hlubších horizontů a v nich bylo rozptýleno Nejvyšší hodnota byla naměřena na bodě B98 chata Koubová (nad Milíkovem) – 16,1 kBq.m-2. Celkově lze říci, že území Moravskoslezských Beskyd bylo zasaženo černobylským spadem nesrovnatelně méně než území Jeseníků či Orlických hor. Obsahy přírodních radioaktivních prvků (Th, U a K) se pohybují v běžných mezích, pouze ojediněle se vyskytují vyšší hodnoty v závislosti na horninovém typu. Údaje získané měřením v rámci projektu umožňují srovnání studovaného území v časové řadě s jinými regiony a upřesnění následných přepočtů v rámci interpretací celkové kontaminace území.

Crankshaft Design of Aircraft Engine

The main aim of this thesis is to design the cranckshaft for aircraft diesel engine with ordered basic parameters. The engine is flat with four-cylinder and opposed pistons. The thesis is focused on balancing of centrifugal and reciprocating forces and their moments, conceptual design of crankshaft and its stress calculation. The thesis is describing calculation of torsional vibrations as well.

Technical professions and their employability. (Expectations of students and graduates associated with the future work praction).

This study discusses the lack of technical professions at the labour market which is experienced by employers in industry areas. It describes the economic situation in the Czech Republic and characterises the labour market, its structure and labour force requirements. It mainly focuses on the analysis of tertiary education. The study also points out possible future development in these industries, for comparison is the analyse in other EU countries enclosed. The research, which is one of the main parts of this work is focused on the university students and graduates with technical specialization. The aim of this study is to suggest possible measures and recommendations in the area of personal strategy and scarce workers approach in the market.

Production KAIZEN Application

Theoretical part of this diploma thesis describe Kaizen method and parts of this method, which was developed in Japan after the Second World War. One part of this method is the 3MU concept, that includes definition of absences which influence all companies. One concept of the 3MU is “Muda”, who indicate waste. Practical part is interesting in wastes in sphere of productivity at one of the production department of the Bosch Diesel Ltd. in Jihlava. Individual operations of this department are considered in light of possibility introduction of more-machine operation and the checking of necessity of some machines. As a result is time data evaluation by REFA method and check of possibility introduction of more-machine operation with modification of working processes, calculation of industrial production capacity of some machines and the definition of buffer stocks. This modification of working processes, number of machines and the definition of buffer stocks needs change of layout of production department. At the conclusion there are calculated final costs and savings for implementation of this project.

Comparison of legal regulation of basic institutions of a residential cooperative in Poland and the Czech Republic

THE COLLATION A REGULATION OF FUNDAMENTAL INSTITUTES OF HOUSING COOPERATIVES IN POLAND AND THE CZECH REPUBLIC This work aims to capture qualities and shortcomings of the legislation in one of the important sectors of housing, the cooperative sector, in the context of a comparison of the two national legislations - in the Czech Republic and Poland. In both compared legislations, cooperative has its special character and long-standing tradition, which was introduced immediately in the introductory sections. The cooperative sector is the merit of this work. The issue of housing is always up to date, moreover, in practice we many time encounter with the uncertainties associated with the housing issue. Cooperative law in the area of housing is interesting in particular, with regard to incompleteness, and, in some cases, to insufficiency of Czech legislation, distinguish it from, more or less, consistent realization of housing cooperatives in Poland. Although both legislations have similar sources and traditions, and their characteristic developments, in the field of the law the willingness of legislators to adapt an important part of ensuring significantly differs from the housing requirements of the population. The Founders of Post-Keynesianism and the Concept of Reswitching

The thesis deals with the evolution of thoughts of Joan Robinson's, Nicholas Kaldor's, Piero Sraffa's and Luigi Pasinetti's with regards to the issue of reswitching. Discussing Robinson, Kaldor, and Sraffa, it addresses the importance of the discussion on imperfect competition and Keynes's theory for developing their opinions within the capital theory. This issue was challenged in the 50s by Robinson who asked how capital can be measured. She discovered an option of reswitching to a more capital-using technique during a wage increase, but she did not focus on it very much. The thesis also seeks the importance of Sraffa's solution to the invariant standard of value for developing the debate on reswitching the technologies in the 60s, which was joined by both Pasinetti and Robinson. However, Robinson refused again in the 70s to deem the reswitching important within the critique of the neoclassical theory, and thus joined Kaldor who had voiced similar thoughts. At the end of the thesis, the question of Robinson underestimating the importance of reswitching, as pronounced by Pasinetti, is answered - she underestimated it in the 50s, whereas it is impossible to give a clear answer when it comes to the 70s, despite the differences found among Post-Keynesians and Neo-Ricardians.

Povrchová aktivita osmi běžných druhů chvostoskoků ve smrkových lesích a na pasekách po kůrovcové kalamitě v Národním parku Šumava, Česká republika

Surface activity of eight common epigeic species of Collembola were studied in spruce forests, dead spruce forests and clearings in the Šumava National Park, South Bohemia, Czech Republic: .i.Lepidocyrtus lignorum, Leidocyrus cyaneus, Pogonognathellus longicornis, Tomocerus minutus, Tetracanthella stachi, Allacma fusca, Entomobrya nivalis, Dicyrtomina minuta./i.. Five pitfall traps were exposed at each of the 9 sites in the summer and autumn periods to study the impact of spruce forest die-off after bark beetle attack (dead forests) and on clearings. Material comprising 79435 specimens was evaluated in this study using the non-parametric Kruskal-Wallis test for comparing Collembola activity between the sites and seasons. Complete linkage (Euclidean distances) cluster analysis was used for comparing the collembolan activity in all nine sites.
