3D modelování jako prostředek rozvoje tvořivosti žáků 2. stupně základní školy
SOSNA, Tomáš
The dissertation deals with the issue of creativity development using 3D modeling. In the introductory, theoretical part of the work, defining the concept of creativity is the first step towards understanding its essence and mechanisms. Defining the term 3D modeling is key to understanding its role and importance in the context of work. Although the connection of creativity with 3D modeling has great potential in the field of education and development of pupils' abilities, it is practically unexplored. At the same time, the teaching of 3D modeling is slowly but surely entering the curriculum of elementary schools and appears to be a good and modern means of teaching technical subjects that can develop the creativity of pupils. In addition, the possibility of the influence of a curricular document from the field of technology on creativity was investigated. The overlap with the planned major revisions of the RVP ZV is also mentioned, especially in the area of 3D modeling. In order to clarify the relationship between 3D modeling and creativity, quantitative research was carried out in the practical part of the work among pupils of the 2nd grade of primary schools. The research was divided into two areas A and B. In part A, the development of creativity in the control group, in which the teaching of technical education took place in the classic way, was compared with the development of creativity in the experimental group, in which the teaching took place with the support of 3D modeling tools. In part B, the development of creativity in the control group with 3D modeling lessons was compared with the development of creativity in the experimental group, in which the 3D modeling lessons were additionally supplemented with specially designed creative tasks. Data collection took place in the form of testing students using Torrance's Figural Test of Creative Thinking. The obtained results were processed using the Wilcoxon paired test and the Mann and Whitney U-test in the statistical program R. The main part of the work describes the results of the research, which are discussed from the perspective of the goal of the work and partial steps. In addition, the final summary discusses the possibilities for further research, which emerged from the results of this work, and identified recommendations for further investigation.
Characterization of proteins, soluble gums and phenolic compounds isolated from flaxseed (Linum usitatissimum L.)
JAROŠOVÁ, Markéta
Flax (Linum usitatissimum L.) is one of the oldest domesticated crops. Its cultivation for fibre, oil or medicinal purposes was already widespread in ancient times. Nowadays, the growing of flax for the production of high-quality flaxseed oil prevails compared to fibres. However, using flaxseed as a functional food in the food industry and dietary applications has become more popular recently. Flaxseed contains bioactive components, including polyunsaturated fatty acids representing the major proportion of flaxseed oil, as well as functional proteins and peptides, lignans and dietary fibre in the forms of soluble mucilaginous polysaccharides and insoluble lignocellulose. This dissertation presents the results focused on characterisation of three significant constituents of flaxseed - proteins, polysaccharides and lignans. These groups of compounds exhibit interesting functional properties and biological activities that may be useful in a wide range of food or medical applications. This work highlights the importance and potential use of flaxseed oil cake, which is an important source of these components. In addition to the results, this thesis also provides a comprehensive literature review of previous and current research on flaxseed proteins, mucilages and lignans. The results of this work can be primarily applied to breeding new oilseed flax cultivars or in the food and processing industries. However, due to the important nutritional aspects and biological activities of the mentioned components, the obtained findings can also be used in dietary applications and medicine. In general, this work aims to expands the spectrum of knowledge on the subject and to open up the scope for further research. Two review articles represent the first part of the results. The first publication focused on the hydrocolloids of flaxseed in the form of flaxseed mucilage representing 4-15% of the flaxseed content and protein representing 20% of its weight. In this manuscript, the structure, extraction methods, functional and biological properties and possible applications of both types of hydrocolloids for the fortification of various foods or other food applications are described in detail. This manuscript is followed by a short review article summarising current trends in food and dietary applications of flaxseed mucilage. The first publication describes more likely the traditional use of flaxseed mucilage for food fortification to enhance the technological, nutritional or sensory quality of foods or to provide health benefits. The second review paper focuses exclusively on the potential use of flaxseed mucilage in recent and innovative food industry and nutrition areas. In modern applications, flaxseed mucilage can be applied, for instance for preparing films, for food protection, as a structural component in oleogels, cryogels or aerogels, and it may modify the functional properties of proteins within composites. From the point of nutrition, flaxseed mucilage can serve as an encapsulating agent for probiotics or biologically active compounds. Flaxseed mucilage has the characteristics of a prebiotic and may increase the proportion of beneficial probiotic microorganisms. As a result, both review articles highlight the significant potential of flaxseed proteins and flaxseed mucilage for various recent and future applications. The second part of this thesis represents a first-authorship original manuscript focused on researching the influence of variety and growing conditions on yield parameters, chemical composition, lignan content and antioxidant potential of flaxseeds.

Monitoring centrálních bank - prosinec 2017
Česká národní banka
Most of the central banks under review, including the ECB, are keeping their interest rates at low levels, and several are also continuing their unconventional monetary policy programmes, although the ECB, for example, has reduced its monthly asset purchases. A major exception is the US Fed, which, as expected, is continuing to raise its key interest rate and, according to outlooks, will maintain this trend next year. The UK has also seen its first rate hike in ten years. By contrast, the Hungarian central bank’s new instruments are aimed at lowering yields at the longer end of the yield curve. Spotlight focuses this time on the countercyclical capital buffer. In our Selected speech, outgoing Fed Chair Janet Yellen sums up US monetary policy over the last ten years.

Obligations Involving an International Element with Focus on Assignment of Receivables
Zbíral, Filip ; Bříza, Petr (advisor) ; Brodec, Jan (referee)
Obligations Involving an International Element with Focus on Assignment of Receivables Abstract In its first part, the diploma thesis focuses on the legal regulation of obligations with an international element. It is not uncommon nowadays for an obligation to have a certain relation to a foreign country, such as the habitual residence of its subjects, their different nationality, or the place of performance of the obligation. The regulation of such relationships is governed by rules of private international law, which are essentially of three origins - EU, international and national. The thesis thus initially covers the basic terminology with regard to obligations. It defines the term obligation, describes the difference between contractual and non-contractual obligations, explains the concept of international element and elaborates on the methods of regulation of relationships containing such international element. It then analyses the current legal regulation of contractual obligations contained in law of the European Union represented by the Rome I Regulation, in the multilateral treaties providing uniform rules of substantive law, as well as in bilateral treaties on legal assistance. However, attention is also paid to the residual regulation in the domestic source of private international law - the...

Hanuliaková, Júlia ; Žáková, Lenka (advisor) ; Stupková, Michaela (referee)
Title: Effect of trunk stabilization on throwing velocity in heptathlon and decathlon athletes Background: Throwing disciplines are an important part of combined track and field events. A stable trunk is a necessary component of the kinematic chain in the generation of force during throwing. Throwing is usually ineffective if the leg and trunk muscles are unable to generate sufficient force or if there is no transfer of energy to the throwing arm. This paper examines the effect of trunk stabilization on throwing velocity. Objective: The aim of the study was to investigate whether it is possible to increase the throwing velocity of heptathlon and decathlon athletes by using exercises aimed at improving trunk stabilization. Methods: Measurement of throwing velocity using sports radar, assessment of trunk stabilization level using Janda's stereotype of push-up, Kolar's bear test and deep squat test and McGillʹs torso muscular endurance test battery. Results: During the ten-week intervention focused on trunk stabilization, the experimental group experienced an average improvement in throwing velocity of 5.76 km/h (8.9%). The control group, continuing with standard training, experienced only a slight improvement in throwing velocity of 1 km/h (2%). In the evaluation of trunk stabilization, the...
Verification of the authenticity of remains of 18th century medicinal products containing juniper or liquorice
Lener, Tomáš ; Nesměrák, Karel (advisor) ; Kubíčková, Anna (referee)
Three remains of historical pharmaceuticals from 18th century containing juniper (Rob juniperi, Lignum juniperi) or liquorice (Pulvis radicis liquiritiae) were analyzed by HPLC-MS method and their authenticity was verified using a chemotaxonomic approach. Current reference material was the source of chemotaxonomic markers and also a raw material for replication of Rob juniperi according to two period recepies. HPLC-MS method provided good results but wasinsufficienttoanalyzeLignumjuniperi.Therefore,GC-MSmethod wasalsousedto analyzethejunipersamplesand it provided sufficient results to prove the authenticity of both juniper samples. HPLC-MS method identified viridiflorin heptoside for the first time in juniper material, for which as well as for five liquorice markers ESI fragmentation spectra weremeasured and theirpossiblefragmentation mechanismwasproposed.Based on theobtained results, thepreparation ofhistorical samplesfrom the mentioned plants can beconfirmed. Key words: HPLC-MS, GC-MS,Chemotaxonomy, Juniper,Liquorice, Tandemmass spectrometry,Viridiflorin
Evaluation of the rationality of prescribing of selected potentially inappropriate medications in ambulatory geriatric patients (II.)
Želivská, Nela ; Fialová, Daniela (advisor) ; Pokladníková, Jitka (referee)
Institution/Department: Charles University, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Kralove, Department of Social and Clinical Pharmacy Title of diploma thesis: Evaluation of the rationality of prescribing of selected potentially inappropriate medications in ambulatory geriatric patients (II.) Diploma thesis supervisor: Assoc. Prof. Daniela Fialova, PharmDr. Ph.D. Author: Nela Zelivska Introduction: The percentage of geriatric patients in the population is constantly increasing, thus the importance and need for knowledge of rational geriatric pharmacotherapy in everyday clinical practice is also on the rise. Polymorbidity and polypharmacotherapy are very common in geriatric patients, for this reason it is also necessary to regularly review drug regimens in older age and address potential drug- related problems. Criteria for potentially inappropriate medications in the aged (PIMs) have been defined by expert groups as a helpful tool to improve the rationality of drug prescribing in older adults. The risks of PIMs in older patients often outweigh their benefits or there is insufficient scientific evidence of adequate efficacy/safety of these drugs in older adults, for which reason the use of PIMs in older patients should be limited and their rationality of prescribing regularly monitored. This diploma thesis...

Gross motor skills in children with hearing impairment in preschool age
Vrtišková, Eliška ; Komorná, Marie (advisor) ; Kotvová, Miroslava (referee)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of gross motor skills in children with hearing impairment in preschool age. In order to understand the relationship between hearing impairment and gross motor skills, the first chapter describes the anatomy of the auditory organ. Hearing impairment, its division and compensation options are then defined. The second chapter characterizes motor skills and individual psychomotor development milestones with an emphasis on preschool age. The last chapter summarizes the findings of some foreign research dealing with this topic. The practical part provides data on the state of gross motor skills in children with hearing impairment. For this purpose, ten hearing-impaired probands underwent two different test batteries. The results of the first were compared with the expected age of task acquisition, and the results of the second were compared with the score of two control groups taken from two diploma theses. The obtained data showed a lower level of motor skills in children with hearing impairment compared to intact children. The findings are described in more detail in the discussion together with the answers to the research questions. KEYWORDS Gross motor skills, hearing impairment, balance, preschool age
