Map documentation of the historical development of Němšová village

The content of bachelor thesis is the analysis of avalaible sources of Nemsova. Bachelor thesis describes map data and their content, which is suitable for evaluation of historical development of the city. The available maps shows the city´s territory from the period of military mapping to the present day and captures a range of approximately 250 years. They describe cartographic methods of expression and methods of representation of topographic map content. Based on these documents, the city development was subsequently recostructed. The result is the case study evaluating the development of Nemšová and land use development in Nemšová. The final study is supported by available maps bases, tables and graphs.
Planning in Practice in the Town of Letovice

The diploma thesis describes the issue of urban planning. Theoretically acquaints the reader with urban planning, zoning plan and processing. The current state of the zoning plan and its changes is analyzed on the example of a selected municipality. Based on these findings, further development possibilities of the municipality are proposed.
Tomkovo square Brno

This thesis deals with transport solutions the large city ring road in Brno, around Tomkovo Square. When the proposal was an effort to preserve the route VMO section Brno - Sever, in the main corridor, the subsequent section Brno - Židenice is maintained in the new route. Connection to existing infrastructure is done by flyovers and the proposed new bridge. The newly designed communication is based on zoning and policy transport company of Brno, to the exclusion of public transport from the large city ring road. Furthermore, in this proposal an effort to calm down and speeding traffic, especially in places through which the route passes through public transport.
The panel housing estate Brno Bohunice - public space and its sustainability

This Diploma Thesis deals with the panel housing estate Brno Bohunice built in 1972 – 1989. A special attention is devoted to public space between the Moldavska and Ukrajinska streets. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis outlines the history of panel housing estates from their inception to the present. Further, it deals with public space and regeneration of panel housing estates. There follows an overview of the panel housing estate Bohunice and its brief development. The practical part focuses on an analysis of the selected area. On this basis the urban concept of regeneration of the defined area is articulated. The aim of the proposal is to create functional and sustainable public space in the area of the panel housing estate Bohunice. Ideally, this work could become a basis and impulse for the regeneration of public spaces in the Bohunice housing estate, as well as in other panel housing estates in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to outline the complex issues of public spaces of panel housing estates and the possibilities of their improvement.
Creation of Recreation Areas and Development of Prices of Immovable Property for Recreation in the Mokrá - Horákov Village

The diploma thesis deals with an overview of the creation of a recreational area in the village Mokrá-Horákov, from history to the present, including the price history. The first part of the diploma thesis is defined by the definition of a building for recreation and the described histori-cal development of the village Mokrá-Horákov. The following sections describe the selected cottages and their valuation according to previous valuation regulations, current valuation regu-lations in the Czech Republic and current valuation regulations in Austria. In the experimental part, an analysis of valued cottages and realized sales and rentals is performed. Last but not le-ast, it is mentioned the possible acquisition of a cottage in a given locality for purchase and lease and a proposal to change the zoning plan in the recreational area. At the end of the diploma the-sis is a discussion of the results and evaluation of the results.
CHALLENGE NAMED COUNTRYSIDE

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of contemporary countryside. The result of the thesis - illustrative Manual originated from searching for the basic principles in the area of land-use planning. It focuses especially on urban issues and tries to answer some of them in a comprehensible form. Manual consists mostly of schematics, sketches, visualizations, etc. The issue of new construction and the so-called satellites become one of the key issues. The Manual offers an alternative for this land-grabbing style and it motivates to create a better environment. The basic principles are applied to a specific municipality. Consultation with nine village mayors could be considered as the added value of the work. Mayors shared their experience in building and planning and gave feedback on some chapters. Interesting mayor's remarks are are incorporated in the Manual. The appendix to the manual – Good Practice Examples brings inspiration for creation of regional architecture. The intention is to offer this Manual to all of those who are involved in the management of smaller municipalities.
The Decentralisation of the Urban Planning Process Demonstrated on Example of the Agglomeration of Brno

This thesis focuses on the determination of main changes in the urban planning process to allow for a better and more effective urban design. It applies the work of the Austrian School of Economics on urban planning and regulations. It critically reviews current system of urban planning, it's hierarchy, decision-making process, the role of public, and the role of private ownership and investment. It aims to offer a solution for an improvement in various fields of urban development. Results of this work are applied on an example of the agglomeration of Brno.
The Urban Analysis of Čierná Voda Municipality in Terms of Contemporary Trends in Urbanism and Urban Planning

This thesis is attended to the urban solution of Čierna Voda municipality aiming at the urban planning concept, infrastructure problems and the status of a satellite city of Bratislava capital. It also resolves connection to the capital and subregion problematics. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate factors and decisions which had an impact on the actual urbanism and pattern of the municipality in last years. Evaluation is done with the help of a zoning plan, town planning scheme and other urban planning documentation. The outcome information and knowledge can be used in further urbanism and urban planning in the on-coming years and plan the municipality citizen-friendly, respecting resident's needs and taking lessons from past mistakes.

Assessment of the impact of planning on land prices in Vysoké Mýto

This diploma thesis deals with the change in the price of land, depending on its determination in ground plan and also on the method of use in location Průhony in Vysoké Mýto. The first part describes the methods of real estate assessing, and consequently, ground planning is outlined. The second part in concerned with the description of Vysoké Mýto and real estate investment opportunities in close neighbourhood. The practical part is focused on setting prices of various lands in relation to its potential. To end up, historical price development in location Průhony is discussed.
