EMC Test laboratory for low voltage circuit breaker

Nowadays there are electronic systems almost in every new device. They are emitting and receiving electromagnetic interferences. The safety levels for circuit breakers are also increasing. Because of these issues the circuit breakers must work properly also in areas filled by electromagnetic interference. This thesis describes the issues of electromagnetic susceptibility of the circuit breakers.
Proposal of internal methodology for measurement of products and parts on CMM UPMC Zeiss at CMI Brno

This diploma thesis deals with the proposal of internal methodology for measurement of products and parts on CMM UPMC Zeiss at CMI Brno. The first part of this work analyzes the current state of knowledge in the field of accurate measurement on coordinate measuring machines (CMM), which includes the definition of basic metrological concepts, methodology for determining and expressing uncertainties of measurement and a general description of CMM. The diploma thesis also contains a detailed description of the UPMC 850 CARAT S-ACC device from the company Zeiss and summarizes the requirements for the testing laboratory in accordance with the standard ČSN EN 17 025: 2018. The next part of the work is focused on defining and determining the measurement uncertainties for this CMM and on developing a testing procedure for measurements on this machine. The final part of this thesis summarizes the achieved results and recommendations for practice.

This bachelor’s thesis is concerned with destructive and non-destructive examination, description of practice and examination in the test laboratory of my selection. In the practical part of the thesis, the methods of non-destructive examination are directly used on commercial products. Examinations and evaluations are performed. Functionality of the test laboratory is reviewed in the summary of the thesis.

Návrh příručky kvality a některých souvisejících směrnic pro zkušební laboratoř

Diplomová práce vznikla na základě spolupráce autora se zkušební laboratoří Policie ČR s působností na území hlavního města Prahy. Cílem práce je zpracovat této laboratoři na míru pro její vlastní potřebu příručku kvality tak, aby byla použitelná v každodenní praxi. Aby byla příručka kvality jako taková schválena příslušným akreditačním orgánem, je koncipována tak, aby splňovala všechny náležitosti a požadavky normy ČSN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 ? Posuzování shody ? Všeobecné požadavky na způsobilost zkušebních a kalibračních laboratoří.
