The bachelor thesis deals with increase of quality of manufacturing process using the QA network. This tool graphically maps the occurrence and detection of defects in manufacturing process so that the defect is detected as soon as possible after its occurrence. The method Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) was used as the source for preparation of Quality Assurance Network. In the thesis, there is an analysis of a current situation in branch of quality – improving process and failure mode and effects analysis. After that there is a realization of QA network and the evaluation of the solved issue in conclusion.

Information Systems Quality Measurement and Evaluation

This dissertation thesis includes a concept of an information system evaluation based on the criteria provided with respect to the philosophical, historical and cultural context and using contemporary methodologies well proven in industrial quality assurance systems. The reasoning and proper foundations are made with the sampling methodology through the selected sources interpretation. A comprehensive and an integral approach apply paradigms inspired with for example Aristotle, Giordano Bruno, Confucius and also with the contemporary authorities in philosophy and arts (Belohradsky), information science (Wiener, Shannon, Nielsen), management (Ducker), economy (Stieglitz), psychology and sociology (Kohoutek, Koukolik), quality assurance systems and software and information technology quality assurance systems based on the CSN, EN, ISO and IEC standards. The essence and the nature of information are put to the relation with a value in its social, economic and ethic sense. Based on the information systems quality model designed on such basis, using the statistic methodologies and the seven year data retention pool, the managerial information systems quality evaluation is given with respect to the related processes in the electric generation facilities environment.

One instead of six: does the centralization of Emergency Medical Dispatch affect the quality of care?

This thesis engages in its theoretical part description of the process of pursuance and assurance of quality in emergency medical dispatch centre. There is also a comprehensive description of key quality parameters used in this environment in this part. The content of the empiric section is an organizational case study, which aim was to evaluate an extensive organizational change in emergency medical dispatch centre of the Emergency Medical Service of the Central Bohemian region and its impacts on the quality of care. The first phase of centralization of emergency medical dispatch centres in the Central Bohemian region went through during the first half of 2011. Four local emergency medical dispatch centres were gradually brought together into one entity. The aim of the research was to evaluate impacts of the organizational change on key quality parameters. The observational retrospective study consists of two groups of data, collected from identical area during two equivalent periods. Group A contains data from the period of six months before and group B contains data from the period of six months after the centralization. Project Lissom is developing environment for design application specific processors or SoC (System on Chip). Project developes tools like assembler, disassembler, simulator, C compiler etc. Environment testing is required and It's main reason for this work. The work is about software testing, types of testing and about existing testing systems. The inspiration from existing systems is used for design and implementation Lissom testing system. System is comparing tools outputs with reference files. The system needs Bugzilla client end e-mail sender for complete functionality. These tools were also created.
