The thesis " Solving conflict in the company ČEBAV s.r.o.“ is focused on the arrival of new young people to have been run company. This is a family company owners, when the employment of one owner's daughter and second son of the owner. By this time the company was, except for small differences, perfectly functional. At the time of the advent of new employees were inconsistencies resulting from poor communication between the families.

The bachelory work is engaged in problems of company's culture and it's influence to effectiveness of the company work in concrete company Triga color, a. s. The aim is to suggest a recommendation that will lead to increasing the effectiveness of the company work. This work consists of theoretic part, which includes the company's culture description and individual elements description. In the practical part the results of the research are presented and the recommendations on improvement current situation are proposed.

The comparison of the organization of work in the Geology Library of Czech Geology Service and Library on Vinohrady

(english) The thesis is focused on work organization and motivation of employees in the Geological Library of Czech geology service and the Library in Vinohrady. Used the method of comparative librarianship, several pages are devoted to the methodology of the procedure. It is generally dealt on work organization and motivation of employees, based on knowledge gained decomposition productions of the library system andissues of motivation are determined sub-hypotheses. The verification is proceededin the following chapter, which includes the results of a survey carried out among employees. In conclusion, the contribution of the work is reviewed.
