Visions for Krnov

The topic of my bachelor thesis is an urban area near the main square in Krnov located on a crossroad of streets Sv. Ducha and Soukenická ulica. On this place was located one of the main city gates - Hlubčická brána. Nowadays it can be considered as a vague place. In my thesis I propose a new library for Krnov. Currently the capacity of a library in Krnov is insufficient. I also deal with a topic of a library in 21st century and its importance for people nowadays and in the future.

Mobile Application "Paramedic doggy" - Injured Cyclist

This work deal with creation of mobile application with educational purposes for children in age between 6 to 10 years with cartoon theme. Educational purpose is focused on first aid in situation where child is forced to help injured person. Application is solved in the form of educational quiz with options A), B) and C), which overlaps with minigames and animations of application mascot. Because of the focus on children in age category, who are learning how to read fluently the application contains in settings option text to speech. Work contains 7 parts including introduction and conclusion. Second part contains general description of the mobile application development. Third part describes in more detail framework Unity, which choice is justified in the part four. Fifth and sixth part describe design and implementation of the resulting application Pejsek Záchranář.

Facilitation Tool for Primary School Teachers

The aim of the thesis is to design and subsequently implement a tool facilitating preparation for lessons for teachers (especially) of primary schools. This tool should provide the ability to search for the materials needed for their preparation, search personalization, archivation, material creation, and other extanded functionality. For a successful development, a target group survey was first undertaken and familiarization with existing similar tools to identify their weaknesses and strengths. This survey was followed by an analysis of requirements, design and implementation itself. The result is a functional web tool that is tested for user interface usability.

The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to find a use for the Piarist monastery in Lipník nad Bečvou, which is currently abandoned and does not fulfill any function. Based on the analysis, we decided to design a building for the Faculty of Pharmacy that would combine space for education and science. At the same time, we try to preserve the original character of the building, while all incorporated elements should underline its historical beauty and functional potential. We open up the original space with several cramped rooms and we design laboratories, classrooms, auditoriums or garden greenhouses and fields in the exterior, which are used for educational and research activities of the faculty. Besides that, it includes spaces for ordinary people of Lipník nad Bečvou, such as a teahouse, library, pharmacy or exhibition spaces so they have the opportunity to use the local services in a pleasant environment and learn information about the field of pharmacy or the cultivation of medicinal plants. The arrival of young, educated people to the city is also a significant benefit of the monastery's reconstruction. Two open atriums that are surrounded by the building are parts of the monastery. Thanks to them, a lot of daylight enters the building. They connect the outdoor space in front of the monastery with the garden at the back. The new proposed entrance is therefore made up of glass so you can see the atrium and the garden when you enter the building. The important point in the central part of the monastery is a large, open and airy space with a staircase that connects the various parts of the building. It provides a meeting place for students, teachers and other members of the university who can spend time together, exchange knowledge, and learn.

Education of employees in the chosen business company

The main objective of the thesis is to analyze the process of training employees in the company XY MEDICAL, Ltd., identify its shortcomings and recommend opportunities for improvement. The theoretical part is processed by a method of analysis of professional literature on personnel management, respectively. specific development and training. It describes the learning process and identify the methods and forms of education used in the organization. In a research of methods are used semi-structured interviews with the Director of Human Resources, excursion in the educational activities and a questionnaire for employees. The research part is aimed to obtain information on the whole process of education in society, ie contains information on how to identify training needs, its planning and implementation, different types of training taking place in the organization as well as the evaluation of educational activities. The aim of the research is to find out how well the company access to education employees. Based on the findings of the research are at the end of work formulated recommendations for company XY MEDICAL, Ltd. Athletics in physical education lessons of elementary schools in Czech Republic and in Slovak Republic

Title: Athletics in physical education lessons of elementary schools in Czech Republic and in Slovak Republic Aims: The aim of this paper is to find out and to compare the level of teaching athletics in elementary schools in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and consequently, to provide an overview on how athletics is taught, what is the education level of PE teachers, how long is their experience in the education system, what is their sports focus, what is their relationship to athletics like, and how many hours of PE classes is devoted to athletics. Next, it is researched to what extent are teachers influenced by material and spatial conditions, to what extent are pupils interested in athletics in PE classes and how much it influences the content of the class. Methods: This thesis is based on the methodology of conducting a survey. It was conducted online with the use of Google Forms. The survey was sent out to elementary schools whose PE teachers were asked to provide answers. The questionnaire was sent out to Czech (n=19) and Slovak (n=26) elementary schools. For representativeness of the sample, Facebook was also used to share the survey. Results were analysed and basic statistical characteristic was used to interpret final questionnaire data, which were compared between the two countries....
