Analysis of system of further education for teachers

This bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of system of further education for teachers at primary school. The theoretical part of thesis explains the basic concepts related to the profession of teachers and their further education. The next part provides an overview of the development of further education of teachers in the Czech Republic. The last part of the theoretical section deals with the system of further education for teachers and its components. In the empirical part of the thesis are presented the results of own research. The research was realized by the analysis of documents and interview with the deputy headmaster. In the end, the data analyzed from empirical research are compared with theoretical assumptions. The Systematization of the Ambulance Service Paramedic Education

This thesis explores and evaluates the educational system of certain ambulance service. It's aim is to suggest the recommendations leading to higher efficiency and individualization of the system. This is the way how to address the educational needs of individual employees and help their professional development. Theoretical part of the thesis pays attention to employee's education and describes the specifics of educational cycle in more detail. So far there was no functional educational system in place in explored organization. This is the reason why to make it happen. The change I talk about needs to be prepared, planned and realized. Therefore another theme of theoretical part is devoted to implementation of change in organization. The practical part initially summarizes the attitude of Czech and some foreign ambulance services towards to employee's education, as it appears from their web sides. It also describes the current system of education in explored organization and evaluates it from the change implementation point of view. The attention is also paid to the fulfillment of different parts of educational cycle. Analysis of Education Needs in the Organization (Employment Office in Jičín)

The master thesis deals with education in the organization belong to public administration. Nowadays education is one of the most important field in every organization and every organization should pay attention it. The goal of the master tehesis is analysis of education needs and charted present situation of aducation system in Employment Office in Jičín. In term of carried out research among employees are suggested solutions of found out problems. It is taken into account ideas of both management of the Employment Office and employees, who are concerned in education courses. The master thesis is devided in three parts. The first part describes theoretical resources relative to education of employees, another part attends to methodology (goals, methods and research sample) and the last part tries to find out concreate solution of discoverd problems.
The analysis of manager training and development

The bachelor thesis focuses on education and development of managers at AV Media. The aim of the work is to analyze the manager training system and development in the company by emphasizing the strengths and weaknesses of the system and proposing optimization methods. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts, such as training and development and the role of the manager in the company. Further the various stages of the training cycle, including identification of training needs, planning, implementation and evaluation are discussed. The practical part includes possible adjustments of AV MEDIA with an analysis of the manager education system, which is set in the company. The analysis is based on an interview with the HR manager of the company, internal documents and a questionnaire survey among the managers of the company. The last part includes a summary of the analysis and an evaluation system together with proposals for improvements following the latest trends and knowledge in the field.
Information literacy in Czech republic

Thesis deal with information literacy as a new phenomenon in education. In the first part define what information is about and how communication proceed. In the next part of the text follow this thesis information and disinformation problems, define what are new media and what are thein specificity. In the next part follow this thesis information literacy, define its single components and their substantiality, deal with its contributions, which result from achievement as for single person as for society as whole. Further is the substanciality of separated parts of information literacy, divided into three levels of information literacy, which answer to three levels of education. Consequently is this achivement analysed and compared with defined levels of information literacy. On the basis of this comparation the recommendations which may lead to improvement of achiving information literacy are defined.
