Diplomová práce zkoumá a hodnotí vzdělávací systém zdravotnické záchranné služby s cílem navrhnout v závěru taková doporučení, která by mohla vést k jeho zefektivnění a individualizaci. Tím by bylo možné reagovat na konkrétní vzdělávací potřeby jednotlivých zaměstnanců a napomoci tak k jejich profesnímu rozvoji. Teoretická část se věnuje vzdělávání pracovníků a podrobněji rozepisuje specifika jednotlivých fází vzdělávacího cyklu. Jelikož ve zkoumané organizaci nebyl doposud žádný funkční systém vzdělávání zaveden, je třeba ho uvést do života. Bude se tedy jednat o změnu, kterou je třeba připravit, naplánovat a zrealizovat. Další pasáž teoretické části práce je tedy věnována zavádění změny v organizaci. Praktická část nejprve obecně shrnuje postoj tuzemských i některých zahraničních zdravotnických záchranných služeb ke vzdělávání svých zaměstnanců, jak je patrné z jejich webových stránek. Dále popisuje současný stav vzdělávání v organizaci a hodnotí ho z pohledu zavádění změny. Pozornost je věnována rovněž jednotlivým fázím vzdělávacího cyklu u realizované aktivity, kde je hodnoceno jejich naplnění. Součástí praktické části je výzkum pojatý jako ukázka způsobu realizace první fáze vzdělávacího cyklu, tedy identifikace vzdělávacích potřeb zaměstnanců. It's aim is to suggest the recommendations leading to higher efficiency and individualization of the system. This is the way how to address the educational needs of individual employees and help their professional development. Theoretical part of the thesis pays attention to employee's education and describes the specifics of educational cycle in more detail. So far there was no functional educational system in place in explored organization. This is the reason why to make it happen. The change I talk about needs to be prepared, planned and realized. Therefore another theme of theoretical part is devoted to implementation of change in organization. The practical part initially summarizes the attitude of Czech and some foreign ambulance services towards to employee's education, as it appears from their web sides. It also describes the current system of education in explored organization and evaluates it from the change implementation point of view. The attention is also paid to the fulfillment of different parts of educational cycle.
