The Bachelor thesis deals with designing of part of information system based on iPads as learning tools. The theoretical part focuses on general theory, specifics related to the topic and benefits of iPads in education sector. Practical part focuses on analysing and comparing different proposed solutions in terms of contribution and financial demand for the particular school, subsequent selection of most suitable one and integration into current information system of this school.

The Bachelor’s thesis aims to provide necessary information for successful expansion of GrowJOB institute to Austria. Since 2006 GrowJOB has been educating CEOs and other executives of Czech companies in the field of competitiveness and been helping them grow stronger among their competitors. In the thesis I describe theoretical background of business plan creation and analyze both internal and external environment. Then I focus on individual steps of the expansion and provide a detailed financial plan as well. The most robust competitive cutting edge of the company is that it takes advantage of new scientific findings in the field of decision-making processes (behavioral economics, neuroeconomics) and brings them to everyday life of firms.

Reconstruction of the Pohorelec at the JAMU Stage Design Studio

The aim of the Bachelor thesis was to renew and rebuild the building of the former Supreme state prosecutor to the place for The Stage design of Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno and The Rectorate od Janáček Academy. The building is located on the corner of the busy streets Jánská, Kobližná and Pohořelec where it forms a rather drab end point of these streets. The object was built in the post World war II period and carries features of late functionalism. The building has been abandoned since 90s. The ground floor was used for commerce, the underground floor for technical equipment of the building and other upper floors were purely administrative. The building has one underground floor and seven above-ground floors. In the ground floor were designed a public café and exhibition spaces. On the second to the fourth floor there are administrative places for the Janáček Academy Rectorate. On the fifth to the seventh floor the are spaces for students of the Stage design. In the new eight floor there is a background for the Light design. The main focus of the work was to restore life and create a functional and aestetically friendly environment. This was achieved by changing the internal layout where some dividing structures were removed, including the vertical connections of the floors and finally the use of glass partitions.The layout is now more open, lighter and airy. A main element of the reconstruction is the extension of the next floor, which has increased the space for students and employees and confirmed the unclear verticality of the building. The entire extension has more dominant look, but with natural respect to the surrounding buildings. The superstructure fasade consists of pre-installed electroluminescent panels with a holographic foil. This foil produces rainbow effects on the facade and reflects light, relieving the mass. Kindergarten at the Obilní trh in Brno

Subject of my bachelor thesis was creating suitable building for kindergarten in Brno-City, near Obilni Trh square. Given parcel was situated opposive of Obilni Trh's square and was created partially by destruction of buildings during World war 2. Subject building's design consists of areas suited for Kindergarten, areas for renting and underground parking. Building is situated further away from the street line to create optimal setting for kindergarten and to offer space for city services.

The main goal of this diploma work is to clear the possibility of financing human resources development in the company Lemon, s.r.o., operational programmes introduction in the frame of programming period of 2007 – 2013, with the aim to programmes, which are determined for human resources development financing. Main source is European social fund and above all operational programme Human resources and employment. Partial objective of the work is to introduce how to set plan of the human resources development in the company Lemon, s.r.o. on the basis of the question-form and workshop, therefore to educate employees in a complex and sytematic way. Further objective of the work is also identification of proposals preparation, above all proposal structure and contents of particular sections.

This diploma thesis describes problematic of increasing of personal management in Ateko a.s. company. The work consists of three main parts. The part of company culture, the part of education, development and sustenance of workers and the part of motivation. This work is getting on from assigned suppositons of problems that pertinent to personal management. Essay includes methods of recognition actual quality of human resources management. Results of questionary research will make a headstone for suggestion of file of disposals, that will lead to raising efficiency of personal work in the company.

Kindergarten Brno

The subject of the bachelor thesis was the design of kindergarten in the district of Brno-City. The proposal addressed the two departments of kindergarten and related function of the clubhouse on the second floor. The parcel is located in a gap directly opposing the Obilni trh, which emerged from bombing of Brno in WW2. Since it is a large gap, it would be impossible to follow the street line and fill the street fully enough to get back its expression, the kindergarten building. Therefore, the proposal is pushed deeper into the gap, where it will be partly protected from noise and at the same time will allow departments to be better interconnected with greenery or with the neighboring Partnership Foundation and their open garden. At the same time, it is considered at the level of the street line with the development area, which, subject to certain conditions, can suitably complement the order of the street, thus returning its expression to the Obilni trh.

MOOC - Massive Open Online Course - for FIT

This bachelor thesis describes relatively new educational trend - Massive open online course. It is focused on its overall development and evaluation. There are introduced web platforms, which are providing these courses. These platforms are closely specified and there are gathered knowledge about them for use in the rest of this work. Following parts of thesis are focused on design and realization of a tool for collaborative studying in a real-time. This is an experiment to determine, if this concept of education is possible and what means aresuitable for use.
