There are also election campaign proposed budgets for different types of the Czech elections.

It discusses in detail the property rights as a fundament of any real legal system - both at the legal level and economic level (i.e. how the system of property rights coordinates social activities and allocates scarce resources, how it creates the elite, and when there is a fault efficiency of this process). The second chapter deals with the social obligations which are necessary condition for preservation of law. These obligations are labeled as taxes (as opposed to tributes that basis is not in the obligation to maintain the legal system and are only ransom inherently). Particular attention is paid to the fair distribution of these obligations (tax justice) and also to the impact of taxation on the development of civilization. The third part is research, for which the author states three hypotheses, which are absed on work of Maurice Duverger and Giovanni Sartori. The first hypothesis assumes, that big parties favour majority voting, or certain form of proportional system which favours big parties. Second hypothesis puts emphasis on smaller political parties. The author thinks, that small political parties will favour proportional system in its current form, or in that kind of form which favours small parties. The third hypothesis assumes, that small political parties, which were not elected into the House of representatives will advocate for banning or at least reducing of the electoral threshold. These hypotheses are confronted with data. Data was collected via interviews and surveys with party members and representatives.

Urbanová, Barbora ; Němec, Jan (advisor) ; Kuta, Martin (referee)
The bachelor thesis deals with processes of transition to a democracy and related formation of electoral systems during or after the collapse of authoritarian regimes in Czechoslovakia, Hungary and Poland. The aim is to analyze events connected with the collapse of regime and to explain the influence and the importance of electoral system selection, which helped with the creating and preservation of democracy in these countries. The first chapter deals with electoral systems. The second chapter analyzes processes of transition to democracy. The third chapter deals with specific case studies on individual countries compared. From the point of view of the new democratic regime establishment, each of the country in question went through the different mode of transition to a democracy. In each country the role of elites was different -- their importance was emphasized in Hungary, on the other hand the elite of the previous regime in Czechoslovakia were suppressed thanks to the social support to a new democratic opposition. In Poland they tried to find the calm solution of the situation, they wanted as much power as possible (which they were deprived of by the opposition very quickly). The electoral systems for the support of transition process to democracy were also different, the transformation however was without bigger problems in each of the three countries. The importance of electoral processes related especially to the restoration and revival of party system, which proved to be a basic stone of political system in the democratic countries.

Lišková, Markéta ; Vymětal, Petr (advisor) ; Lisa, Aleš (referee)
The bachelor thesis deals with elections and electoral systems in the Czech Republic with an emphasis on local elections to the Council of Prague. The aim is to analyze the elections to this local council and explain the problems with its occurring in connection with the last elections in 2010. If there was not deliberate manipulation division of dividing constituencies in favor of the ODS. The first chapter deals with elections and electoral systems. The second chapter analyzes the elections in the Czech Republic. The third chapter deals with elections to the Council of Prague in 2010. Elections to the Council of Prague are held under the Act on elections to municipal councils, although Prague is also the county and municipality. The Council of Prague can legitimately divide Prague to more constituencies. Intentional manipulation cannot be demonstrated on the basis of election results, as are known in advance. The fact whether a party will be represented, only the voters decide. However, we can speculate about it, depending on the allocation of Prague to the smallest permissible option and the lack of proportional division into electoral districts.
