Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem, změnami a reformami volebního systému do Poslanecké sněmovny Parlamentu České republiky. V první části jsem se zaměřila na definici volebního systému, jeho rozdělení a s ním související svobodné volby, politické strany a stranické systémy. Druhá část je věnována historii vývoje a reforem volebního systému do Poslanecké sněmovny od vzniku Československé republiky až do roku 1992. V následující části je rozebrán vývoj volebního systému a jeho dopad na utváření vlád po vzniku samostatné České republiky. Závěrečná část je samostatně věnována neuskutečněné reformě volebního systému z roku 2000. Práce je doplněna tabulkami a grafy. This abstract labour is concerned in the development, transitions and reforms of the electoral system to the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech republic Parliament. In the first part I focus in definition of the electoral system, its division and in free elections related to it, in political parties and partial systems. Second part is attended to the history of the development and of the reforms of the electoral system to the Chamber of Deputies since the formation of the Czechoslovak republic until 1992. There is analyzed the development of the electoral system and its impact upon formation of governances after the constitution of the separate Czech republic in the following part. The final part is separately attended to the unhatched reform of the electoral system in the year 2000. The labour is coupled with the tables and the graphs.
