The bachelor’s thesis describes various ways of teaching vocational training in today’s world. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of vocational training, its history, organization, methots, and forms of implementation. In the practical part, a questionnaire survey was conducted to determine how students perceive the professionalism of teachers in theoretical and practical education and whether the subject matter covered in vocational subjects is sufficient for today’s needs. The second part of the survey focuses directly on students in vocational training, examining the aspects that are crucial to them when choosing vocational practice and what influences their approach and performance in vocational practice the most.

The bachelor thesis on the topic "Design of Modular Teaching for the Electro Mechanic for Equipment and Devices" deals with the modular form of teaching. In recent years, pedagogy has been striving for a more modern education that would meet the requirements of today's times and would enable high school students to better apply themselves in the labour market. That is why I have prepared a proposal of modules that connect to each other and are organized from the easiest to the most complex ones. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to achieve a unification of the material that is discussed between the theoretical and practical teaching. However, the whole module system depends on the school management, which would have to modify its school curriculum to achieve that.

Impacts of distance learning on education in the field of chef-waiter

TITLE: Impacts of distance learning on education in the field of chef- waiter ABSTRACT Diplom thesis deals with the distance learning of the practical training on the secondary vocational schools in the extraordinary epidemiological time between year 2020 - 2021. Thesis responds to the situation in the Czech schools during the Covid 19 pandemic, when it was introduced the online learning not only in the Elementary and High Schools but also at the Universities. The reason for that was the limitation of spreading the disease. Thesis has two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. In the theoretical part are described the anti - epidemic measures, which have been put into praxis on the basis of government regulations. Furthermore, the teoretical part sumarizes the results of available research dealing with distance learning. One of the main topics will be focused on the course of the final examinations in the branch chef - waiter, this topic was much discussed because of the absence the educational practice. In the theoretical part, therefore, I also focus on practical training and final exams. Benefit of additional education of SEN pupils

The Bachelor Work engages in students with special education needs (SEN). The aim of this work is to find out how these students are got ready for their future job, what advantages can be brought by having more vocational certificates and why the future education is required to students with SEN. This work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on students with SEN, possibilities of their education and a system of support. It also includes a brief profile of mental retardation, special education needs and ADHD. In the practical part there are several case studies made by quality research investigation. The case studies were based on a long-time observation and interviews with students, teachers and a special-education teacher. Analyses of the case studies and answers for research questions are placed in the conclusion of this work.

Analysis of the state of vocational training of employees in a selected non-state non-profit organization focused on the field of charity

The aim of the bachelor thesis is an analysis and investigation of current staff training in a non-profit non-governmental organization focused on charity. For this purpose was selected the non-profit organization Regional Charity Pelhřimov. This organization provides services for people in distress and in social need. The theoretical part explains the concepts and methods of professional education of employees. In the practical part a research was conducted using a questionnaire survey. This questionnaire was submitted to employees and the manager in order to determine the state of the vocational training of employees with the regard to institutional requirements. The results of the research were compared and in the conclusion there were suggested possibilities how to make the education more effective in the future.
