The thesis deals with a Polyfunctional house. It´s lately erected building of self-standing block of flats with a pizzeria situated in Humpolec, Hradská Street. The building is designed as a four-storeyed cellarless house with eight separate housing units for thirty permanently living people. The pizzeria designed for thirty guests and five employees is included to the property. It´s situated in the firtst floor. Residential part and business premises are separated from each other operationally independent and accessible main entrance. The building is covered with a flat roof structures. The building plan uses load-bearing vertical structure of ceramic system Porotherm, horizontal structure consists of prestressed and reinforced concrete panels Spiroll board.
Villahouse Kasalka in Humpolec

This diploma thesis deals with the project documentation of villa house Kasalka in Humpolci. The house is situated in the region Highland in the village Humpolec, cadastral territory of Humpolec. The building is designed as a five-story brick building, where the vertical structures are designed from a structural system POROTHERM. The external walls are insulated. The building is covered with three flat roof decks at different heights, two of which are walkable and used as terraces. My bachelor theses deals with a family house with an establishment that serves as tax adviser office. The house is situated in the Přerov cadastral, Dvořák street. The work deals with two-story slab-building includes a garage for one car. House is designed for four-member family. There is separate entrance from the street to the place of business on the left side of the first floor. The building is designed of brick construction system ceramic blocks Porotherm. Ceiling structure is made of Porotherm using POT beams and ceiling Miako. House and garage is covered with a flat roof single-shell.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the design multigenerational family house, which is situated in the village Nemošice near Pardubice. This is a two-story building with partial basement. The building is designed for housing 4-6 persons. The house is built of brick Porotherm systém, the roof is flat. In first floor in main part of house is the living room, garage for two parking spaces and storage of garden furniture. In the second part of first floor is a separate dewelling unit. In the second floor is a space for sleeping and rating. In the basement are storage rooms, utility room and workshop.

The topic of the master’s thesis is the design basic school for the first and second stage, which is located in the part of Pardubice named Pardubičky. It is a four-storey building, where you will find a total of 18 ordinary classrooms and other specialized classrooms (for example computer lab, physics lab, chemistry lab). The building is designed for 540 students. The building is built of brick Heluz system, the roof is flat. Each floor is hygienic facilities for both boys, girls, and for teachers and for persons with reduced mobility. In the ground floor are locker rooms, classrooms and sanitary facilities. In second floor are classrooms, facilities for teachers and cabinets. In the third floor are ordinary and specialized classrooms and fourth floor is engine room for air conditioning, and classrooms. Entry to the building is wheelchair accessible, the building has elevators.

There is a density paradox - while the city is growing, its population density is decreasing. Due to a chronic lack of intensity (which evokes a feeling of "normal") occurs at the slightest hint hallucinations. Normality becomes a powerful drug. A typical plan must reflect all the needs of Homo Civitatis. They must transform from open space offices to its original intent. In a regular interval duplication typical plan discontinued and replaced with public space.

The theme of bachelor´s thesis is new-building family house with the surgery general practitioner. The residential area is divided for the two separate housing units. One of the apartments is duplex. The Surgery is wheelchair accessible. It has a separate entrance form the north side. The building is set in sloping terrain. It has three floors, it is partly basement and 3NP is solved in the attic. It is a brick building, which is the system POROTHERM with a combination of BTB fittings in the basement. Roofing is solved by a combination gabled and rack roof with a pitch 35° and 15°.
The Impact of the Implementation of the Wall Construction on the Building Construction Cost

The first theoretical part of the thesis quotes different types of prices and methods of pricing, including the international pricing standards. The second theoretical part deals with history of civil engineering, sorts of building structure and their construction. The practical part of the thesis examines 6 variants of vertical building structures considering their prices, thickness of walling masonry and overall coefficient of heat transfer. Every structures cover description of their construction inclusive making reference to pros and cons. The outcome of each structure is presented in graphs. At the end of the thesis, one particular building material is chosen as the best, in accordance with the criterion hereinbefore.

Parking place for two cars and structure of outdoor wooden terrace on the first floor is included to the property. The detached house is followed by the establishment of the car repair service. It´s determinated for mechanical repairing cars. There is another parking place for four cars located near the car repair service. The building plan uses load-bearing vertical structure of ceramic system Porotherm, horizontal structure consists of prestressed and reinforced concrete panels Spiroll board.
