Diplomová práce je zpracována na téma Polyfunkční dům. Jedná se o novostavbu samostatně stojícího bytového domu s pizzerií ve městě Humpolec v ulici Hradská. Objekt je navržen jako čtyřpodlažní nepodsklepený dům disponující osmi samostatnými bytovými jednotkami pro třicet trvale žijících osob. Součástí objektu je pizzerie navržená pro třicet čtyři hostů a pět zaměstnanců, umístěná v prvním nadzemním podlaží. Bytová část a prostor provozovny jsou od sebe provozně odděleny a přístupny samostatnými hlavními vchody. Objekt je zastřešen plochou střešní konstrukcí. V projektu jsou použity nosné svislé konstrukce z keramického systému Porotherm, vodorovné nosné konstrukce tvoří předpjaté panely Spiroll a železobetonové desky. The thesis deals with a Polyfunctional house. It´s lately erected building of self-standing block of flats with a pizzeria situated in Humpolec, Hradská Street. The building is designed as a four-storeyed cellarless house with eight separate housing units for thirty permanently living people. The pizzeria designed for thirty guests and five employees is included to the property. It´s situated in the firtst floor. Residential part and business premises are separated from each other operationally independent and accessible main entrance. The building is covered with a flat roof structures. The building plan uses load-bearing vertical structure of ceramic system Porotherm, horizontal structure consists of prestressed and reinforced concrete panels Spiroll board.
