Children's draw in preschool age

My bachelor thesis called "Preschool children´s drawing" focuses on preschool children´s drawing and the development of their drawing skills in art lessons. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts: a theretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part I am concerned with children´s profile in a nursery school, with the drawing and its development by preschool children and with circumstances which can influence children´s skills. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to suggest and realise an eduational art project convenient for the preschool education. This educational project is focused on the children´s drawing skill development and i tis based on preschool children´s art expressing. In the practical part I am concerned with the realization of this art project, there are working sheets for particular art lessons. I also describe and assess the process of the art lessons.
Preschool Children Drawings (developmental aspect of overlap in primary school)

The thesis deals with the developmental period of preschool-aged and early school- aged children and their drawing of a figure. The theoretical part describes the children's development at this time and also their developmental oddities and determinants that influence the development. It follows up the children's drawing, its developmental stages and especially the drawing of a human figure. The practical part focuses on the drawing of a human figure created by children in kindergartens and elementary schools. It's divided into two stages. At the first stage there is the drawing evaluated according to the Draw-a-person Test written in 1982 by J. Šturm and M. Vágnerová. The discovered values are interpreted from the qualitative and quantitative point of view. The attention is paid to remarkable events at the second stage. The practical part validates or disproves given hypotheses. The whole dissertation, its contribution to research and use for pedagogical workers are summarized in the conclusion. Drawing performances of children during the critical period of the development of artistic interest

The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of the final phase of the development of spontaneous drawing in connection with the interest in this art activity. The aim of this thesis is to find out whether and how the difference in the development of artistic interest in selected subtests of the intelligence test and test of divergent thinking is manifested. Two groups were compared - children from elementary school and children from elementary art school, result was to find out differences or similarities between these two groups. These two basic groups are further divided into the younger and older age categories. Examined groups in the age of 9 - 13 are in the breaking point of development of artistic interest. The overall structure of the bachelor thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and empirical (with more emphasis on the empirical part). The theoretical part describes the development of spontaneous drawing, followed by a part focused on the personality profile of artificially gifted children. Furthermore, the relationship between drawing and cognitive abilities and the meaning of drawing subtests in intelligence tests and tests of divergent thinking is mentioned in this part. Development of drawing and specific artistic expression of gipsy children

This Bachelor's thesis monitors displaying visual features of Roma children in the transition from preparatory classes and elementary school. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the characteristics of the Roma and their education, complemented by specific visual representations of Roma children, children's artwork and its development. The research part takes the form of a longitudinal study, which are repeating, the same childrens' drawing of a human figure monitoring, from preparatory classes until the beginning of the first grade. The goal is to monitor and subsequently analyse the drawings of human figures, their transformation and development in various aspects of the artwork. Furthermore, another aim is to identify and describe the common features of drawings by children of Roma ethnicity.
Drawing the human figure of boys and girls at a younger age

This Bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical and applied part. Theory is introduced to elementary school age and individual areas of child development in this period, such as cognition, perception, emotional and social development, language development, but also moral development, self-esteem, self-confidence, self-esteem. Deeper is described further development drawings, as such, its importance, and looks at it from different authors. It also describes the development of children's drawings from early childhood through fourth grade and beyond. The practical part is implemented in the form of mixed research, the author discusses the differences in drawing boys and girls from 4th grade elementary schools through the established criteria. This target group was chosen because of its easy accessibility. The practical part describes the research sample, research objectives, research questions and further specifies the criteria that the author had identified themselves and by which finds answers to the following four research questions. Further practical part describes the process of research and its results. In conclusion, the results are summarized and the controversy over them.
Development of creative expression with preschool children

The thesis is focused on crealive ewpression preschool children, respectively on the changes in the course of about one year. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the preschool period, the art show, its changes, milestones and typoval features. It also describes the contest of artistic expression with the development of cognitive, motor skills and perception of the area, etc. The practical part describes the creative expression of four preschool children. Changes are tracked ant its relation to the overall development of children surveyed in the form of published case studies.
Preference colours by children pre-school age

This work includes, what colours pre-school ages children choose for its creative expression. In theoretic parts it is described progress of art skills along pre-school age basic meaning of colours (especially from psychological view and also in other contexts). Exploratory study describes, what colours children in age from three to four years choose most for its creatic sign. The workpoin shows, among other, if it is possible to trace the inclination of the children to selection of the specific colour (or colours).
Monitoring of Evolution of Artistic Expressing a Family in a Pre-school Child´s Drawing

A bachelor thesis deals with observing various ways of the family concept in drawings of pre-school children. Based on specialized literature, the theoretic part defines following terms: a pre-school period, an importance of a family, a drawing development, a drawing of a family. It characterizes a child in pre-school age from the motoric, cognitive, social, emotional, moral development and game point of view. It outlines family changes, relationships among family members and the importance of a family. It introduces the development and characteristics of an infant drawing and aims at the interpretation of a drawing of a family. The practic part using 20 children as a sample recognizes how the age and individual distinctions of a child affect the drawings of a family. Due to the drawing of a family and a dialogue, it reveals how a child is able to perceive a family and to illustrate it.
