Analysis and Design of Corporate Tracing Policy

This diploma thesis deals with analysis and design of corporate tracing policy. The main goal of the work is to describe calculations as an auxiliary tool for base-point pricing and for the fixing of company costs its management and efficiency. In the theoretical part diverse calculation systems currently used in companies are defined. Further, all kinds of expenses occuring in a firm are characterized. The practical section´s concern is costing of forgings produced in company Moravské kovárny, a.s. The origin of price of particular forgings and the costs that rise in this company are analyzed. Finally, the proposal of a new method of pricing and a way of elaboration of calculations for particular forgings are described.
Forging of the "lock-bolt"

To lock-bolt manufacturing was selected technology of die forging. Lock-bolt is made of 11375 steel in a series of 2700 pieces per year. With the use of literary studies and practical knowledge has been developed technological process fittings. It includes the draft instrument stainless steel 19663 including drawings. Forging is performed on a hydraulic-pneumatic hammer KJH 2 with a nominal value of 20 kJ impact work. Blanks are cut from bars 30 mm 6 m long to bars 52.2 mm long. The techno-economic evaluation shows that the price of a forging is 4,71 CZK and for production will be need 24 pieces of bars.
Precision forging

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the technology of precision forging. The thesis describes basic distribution of the forging according to the nature of the material flow and his procedure. After the introductory part this thesis deals with the analysis of the methods of the drop forging with fin groove. The next section contains a description, parameters and methods of precision forging. Technical a economical evaluation of the component technology is as a conclusion of the thesis.
Drop forging of pinion

The final project has been elaborated in a frame of Bachelor’s studies branch Manufacturing technology assesses design of production pinion by method of die forging. The pinion is manufactured from alloyed structural steel 14 220 (1.7131). Size of production is set on 100 000 pieces per year. The pinion will be forged on the vertical forging press LMZ 1000 A with forming force 10 MN. The forging is formed in two operations. Forming tool is manufactured from alloyed instrumental steel 19 552 (1.2343). In the last chapter of the project is described the price comparison and costs for manufacture of die forging and machining.
Drop forging of gear wheel

Objective of this bachelor thesis is design of forging of gear manufactured by die forging. Material of gear is steel 12. According to number of forgings per year, forging of gear will be done on vertical forging press LMZ 2500 with nominal forming power of 25 MN. Dies are made of middle doped steel 19 552. In conclusion, costs of producing of gear forging with selected manufacturing technology are evaluated.
Drop forging of pinion

KAMENÍK Tomáš: Drop forging of pinion The project has been elaborated within the framework of studies of the subject B 2307 and it presents the lay-out of the technology of the forging – the pinion which is made as the drop forging from the material 14 220. The rougher and the finishing forging die were suggested on the bases of the literature study of the drop forging. In consideration of the big series /100 000 pieces/ and the calculated forging power /25MN/ the component will be made on the vertical forging press LZK 2500P/SH (the manufacturer ŠMERAL Brno a.s.). At the end of the thesis there are performed calculations of the technical and economic evaluation.
Drop forging of pinion

The literary study of production of pinion with drop forging of metal 14 220 is proposal in the final project. The literary study includes knowledge from metal hot forming. With regard to high production of 190 000 pieces for year was choosen the technology of drop forging. The vertical forging press LMZ 1600 (made by ŠMERAL Brno a.s.) was choosen for proposal technology.

The Baccalaureate thesis deals with literary studies of forging. There is also processed the proposal of technology of ordered steel cog-wheel num.: BP-3-2009- 001. With regard to supposed large series of 150 000 pieces per a year, the technology of stamping on three operations at the vertical forging press LZK 4000B is chosen, the producer Šmeral brno a. s. All calculations were accomplished during the processing of the technological procedure, the following design documentation and technical-economical estimation are connected with the preceding calculations..

The aim of this work is to make a literary study of the issue of solid forming, namely the forging. Based on this study to develop the best technological solution entered production parts - body bearers. Technological solutions include the establishment of all technical data and creating drawings. Part of this work is the comparison of existing possibilities of production and economic evaluation.
Produstion of internal wheel, by solid forming

The point of this work is bookish concept of the best technology of processing named component by solid forming. This work includes study, which is the clue to solutions. Another important topic is the global technological plan of component production from gear blank to product. It seems the best choice is die forging on forging press at three steps. Economically, die forging made by described method is the best.
