My bachelor's thesis is the proposal of a business plan for the establishment of an accounting firm. The proposal is based on analyses of the market applied especially to Jihomoravský and Olomoucký regions, but also to the rest of the Czech Republic. The analyses of the market examine the external and internal factors, which influence the establishment of the firm, its activity and its search for customers. The acquired results from these analyses of the market are used for the proposal of the business plan and as the material for the decision making. The firm will be focused on self-employed subjects and smaller companies. These subjects will be offered services of bookkeeping, tax recording, payroll calculation, tax return preparation and counseling.

In my bachelor thesis I provide draft business plan for a small business. For the purpose of this work I chose a plumbing company. This company operates on a basis of an individual ownership and keeps tax records. In the suggested business plan, I will try to take into consideration today's economic environment and find the answer to whether it is beneficial to transfer from the current form of individual ownership business to the company with limited liability, ie an individual ownership to a legal entity, or not.

There are some changes in tax legislation that may affect the taxation period in 2017 presented in the thesis. The theoretical starting points of the thesis are applied to a practical example, which deals with the choice of suitable legal forms of business in terms of optimizing the tax burden.

This thesis deals with order management process in a company that deals with different types of tyres. The main part of the thesis is dedicated to determination of issues that arise during processing of orders and cause reduction of the profit. Description of these issues is included in the analysis of a specific order. The thesis includes proposals for improvements of the procurement, a solution for arising problems and proposals for changes leading to better economic efficiency and more efficient business processes. These suggestions are not only related to the sole execution of the orders, but also to the overall performance of the company. The thesis contains also an economic quantification of the benefits of proposed solutions.
