Secure Development Framework for Web Applications

This thesis deals with the theoretical analysis of vulnerabilities in web applications, especially the most frequent vulnerabilities of OWAST TOP 10 are examined. These vulnerabilities are subsequently analyzed for the design of a web application development framework and practically implemented in this framework to prevent the vulnerabilities or, if necessary, defend itself. The main goal of the implementation is to achieve such a framework so that the programmer of the resulting web application is protected to the utmost.

Risk analysis of IoT from the perspective of modern office buildings

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of information security risk management amongst devices of the Internet of Things mainly in the modern office buildings of a company. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the terminology of risk management, information security management and describes the functioning, security and relation of the Internet of Things towards information security. The main component of risk management is their analysis. Therefore practical part discusses the risk analysis of selected devices of the Internet of Things, which are placed in the modern office building of the company. Before the analysis a sample company is defined and then an analysis of risk of these devices is made following the norm "ISO/IEC 27005 Information security risk management." The output of the thesis is a draft of measures that minimize a nascence or possible risk damage within selected devices of Internet of Things on a sample company.

Security policy implementation in a selected company

This diploma thesis examines the process of preparation and implementation of a security policy as a means of information asset security management. The theoretical part describes security policies as an important part of information security management systems in a company and discusses the issue of virtual teams in terms of safety risks they pose for information security. This theoretical knowledge is applied in the practical part of the thesis where a security policy is composed for a small IT company with virtual team organization.

Gender analysis of the documents intended to eliminate social exclusion

Submitted thesis is addressing the phenomenon of social exclusion from the gender perspective. Local issues of social exclusion is trying to resolve Central Bohemian town Kralupy nad Vltavou by producing written documents as an instrument to deal with this phenomenon. Documents look into the current situation and possibilities for change in order to achieve gradual elimination of negative effects related to social exclusion in all domains of citizens live, male or female, should they be affected by social exclusion. By using the methodology of critical gender qualitative content analysis Im to find out the way the concerned documents include the subject of gender and what role the gender stereotypes play. In the theoretical section I focus on the field of social work, which is as a discipline, heavily affected by stereotyped gender views and since its origins, faces constant misconceptions of being predominantly female profession. Abundance of and threats to the snow leopard in various regions of its occurrence

Snow leopard (Panthera uncia) is an endangered species and its population size is steadily declining. This thesis attempts to introduce and analyse the main factors threating its survival with reference to each country of its occurrence: China, Bhutan, Nepal, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Russia and Mongolia. To conserve the remaining snow leopard populations, it is necessary to detect its distribution in various areas. Here, recent data about its worldwide distribution are presented. Snow leopard has a very secretive lifestyle, which makes estimation of its abundance quite difficult. Therefore, I also present here an overview of methods, such as sign survey, capture-recapture, predator:prey biomass ratios, photo-capture rate and genetic analyses, used for estimation of abundance of snow leopard with reference to conducted studies. Preparedness for Crisis Situations in Schools from the Teachers' Point of View

This master's thesis Preparedness for Crisis Situations in Schools from the Teachers' Point of View deals with primary and secondary level education teachers' opinions on school safety and their experience with crisis situations in school. The main reserach matter is to carry out a survey based on questionnaires which ascertain the percentage of teachers who have had to intervene during crisis situations in their schools, find out which threats they consider most serious for their school, discover the teachers' opinion on security literacy and it's importance for their profession. Furthermore, this thesis stives to use the acquired data to design an informational poster targeted at school teachers which could help them get familiar with securiy relationships and contacts within and outside their school more easily. The theoretical part encompasses existing research on the topic of school safety in the Czech Republic and also selected foreign literature dealing with the subject. The primary method used in the theoretical part is study of scientific literature, professional journals and reliable on-line sources.
