P edložená diplomová práce se zabývá fenoménem sociálního vylou ení v pojetí genderu, jako základního organiza ního principu spole nosti. Tento koncept eší na svém území st edo eská obec Kralupy nad Vltavou, a to v rámci písemných dokument , které byly k ú elu boje se sociálním vylou ením vytvo eny jako nástroj. Dokumenty se zabývají sou asným stavem a možnostmi ešení tak, aby došlo k postupné eliminaci negativních jev se sociálním vylou ením souvisejících, ve všech sférách života obyvatel a obyvatelek m sta, pokud jsou se sociálním vylou ením, i n kterou z jeho složek konfrontovány/i. Metodou kritické genderové kvalitativní obsahové analýzy se snažím zjistit, jak se gender v p edložených dokumentech projevuje a do jaké míry jsou tyto dokumenty genderov stereotypní. V teoretické ásti se zam uji na oblast sociální práce, která je jako obor siln genderována, a to od doby svého vzniku, kdy se neustále potýká s problémy tzv. p irozen ženského oboru lidské existence. Klí ová slova sociální vylou ení, intersekcionalita, bezdomovectví, instituce, sociální za le ování, etnicita, nebezpe í, gender, žena, muž Submitted thesis is addressing the phenomenon of social exclusion from the gender perspective. Local issues of social exclusion is trying to resolve Central Bohemian town Kralupy nad Vltavou by producing written documents as an instrument to deal with this phenomenon. Documents look into the current situation and possibilities for change in order to achieve gradual elimination of negative effects related to social exclusion in all domains of citizens live, male or female, should they be affected by social exclusion. By using the methodology of critical gender qualitative content analysis Im to find out the way the concerned documents include the subject of gender and what role the gender stereotypes play. In the theoretical section I focus on the field of social work, which is as a discipline, heavily affected by stereotyped gender views and since its origins, faces constant misconceptions of being predominantly female profession.
