Integration of a child with Asperger syndrom in primary school

The aim of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive data of schooling issues and integration of children with the Asperger syndrome in the public schools. I would like to bring out my own experience while working with these children. I have mapped the teachers' opinion of the pupils' integration and I have ensembled this data with an expert's opinion, too. My thesis is divided into two basic parts: the theoretical and empirical part. I am going to describe the issues thereof and I am going to result from the curent movement of the integration. The empirical part consists of first, the interview with an expert, second, the public schools teachers' questionnaire and lastly, the casuistry of a boy I have worked with.The used methods in the practical part are mainly the interview and the questionnaire. Educational skills of nurses - theory and practice

In my Bachelor's thesis I am approaching the theme of "Educational abilities of the nurses - theory and praxis". The target of the work is to approximate the the issue of education, to establish the level of theoretic knowledge of the nurses working in the clinics of the Royal Vinohrady Teaching Hospital, regarding the education of the patients and to try to determine the quality level of the education being performed, based on the interview survey and patients' satisfaction. The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical parts. The theoretical part contains an insight into the history of the pedagogy and the development of the education, describes the basic educational terms and the educational determinants to help us to understand the issue. It also approximates the challenging task of the nurses educators, who, in order to provide the educational activity, also have to master the process of education, understand the area being educated and the art of the communication with the patient. The empirical part is focused on a quantitative exploration in the form of a interview survey, which was carried out in the Royal Vinohrady Teaching Hospital. The Signification of Specially Education Centers in the Area of the Education of Children with Mentally Affected

This dissertation focuses on the importance of specialist pedagogical centers in educating mentally handicapped children. In the theoretical part the importance of specialist pedagogical centers in educating mentally handicapped children is arranged through the listing and description of their activities. At the same time this part also describes current possibilities for educating mentally handicapped children in the Czech Republic and explains the basic terminology related to this issue. The empiric part of the dissertation (the empiric survey) follows the importance of specialist pedagogical centers from the point of view of parents with mentally handicapped children in respect to how they perceive the impact of the intervention of the specialist pedagogical center in Ústí nad Labem on selected categories in educating mentally handicapped children. The view of the importance of specialist pedagogical centers in educating mentally handicapped children is completed at the end of this dissertation by cases interpretation of three clients of the specialist pedagogical center in Ústí nad Labem, which presents practical activities of specialist pedagogical centers in different phases of cooperation with mentally handicapped children and their families.
