Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám tématem "Edukační schopnosti sester - teorie a praxe". Cílem práce je přiblížit tematiku edukace, zjistit úroveň teoretických vědomostí sester v oblasti edukace pacientů, pracujících na klinikách chirurgických oborů Fakultní nemocnice Královské Vinohrady, a pokusit se zjistit úroveň kvality prováděné edukace na základě dotazníkového šetření a spokojenosti pacientů. Bakalářská práce je rozdělená na část teoretickou a část empirickou. Teoretická část obsahuje náhled do historie pedagogiky a vývoje edukace, popisuje základní pojmy edukace a edukační determinanty, které nám pomáhají pochopit danou tématiku. Přibližuje náročnou práci sester - edukátorek, které k poskytování edukační činnosti musí ovládat edukační proces, rozumět problematice ve které edukují, též ovládat umění komunikace s pacientem. Praktická část je zaměřena na kvantitativní průzkum formou dotazníkového šetření, které bylo provedeno ve Fakultní nemocnici Královské Vinohrady. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření jsou prezentovány v tabelárních a grafických přehledech. Vybraná část získaných dat je statisticky zpracována, v diskuzi je proveden rozbor výsledků šetření. Výsledky práce potvrzují, že pacienti jsou spokojeni s prováděnou edukací. Ukázalo se, že teoretické vědomosti sester a spokojenost pacientů... In my Bachelor's thesis I am approaching the theme of "Educational abilities of the nurses - theory and praxis". The target of the work is to approximate the the issue of education, to establish the level of theoretic knowledge of the nurses working in the clinics of the Royal Vinohrady Teaching Hospital, regarding the education of the patients and to try to determine the quality level of the education being performed, based on the interview survey and patients' satisfaction. The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical parts. The theoretical part contains an insight into the history of the pedagogy and the development of the education, describes the basic educational terms and the educational determinants to help us to understand the issue. It also approximates the challenging task of the nurses educators, who, in order to provide the educational activity, also have to master the process of education, understand the area being educated and the art of the communication with the patient. The empirical part is focused on a quantitative exploration in the form of a interview survey, which was carried out in the Royal Vinohrady Teaching Hospital.
