Vyhodnocení efektu zavedení bolusu Kexxtone do bachoru dojnic na jejich výkonnost a zdravotní stav po otelení
LHOTA, Jiří
The aim of the diploma thesis was to evaluate the effect of the application of monensin in the form of intraruminal bolus Kexxtone before calving of cows on reproduction, performance and health status in the following lactation. Monitoring took place in the agricultural enterprise ZD Velká Chyška. Monitoring took place from the beginning of August 2022 to mid-March 2023. A total of 118 dairy cows were included in the monitoring. Approximately 3 weeks before birth, a bolus of Kexxtone was administered with body condition scoring, and at the postpartum check around day 7 after birth, blood was drawn from the subcaudal vein, also with body condition scoring. The following data were included in the monitored indicators: age at the 1st calving, order of the evaluated lactation, number of days during bolus administration before calving, BCS before calving, BCS after calving, lactation day at the examination, BHB value in blood, lactation day at the 1st heat , lactation day at the 2nd heat, lactation day at the 1st insemination, total number of inseminations, service period, lactation day at the 1st disease, number of diseases, lactation day at the peak of lactation, daily milk yield at the peak of lactation and milk yield in 100 days of lactation, lactation day on the control day, daily milk yield, % fat, % protein and ratio of fat and protein content in milk in the first 5 control days. Monitored indicators were sorted according to the order of lactation, bolus administration, BCS before calving, blood BHB level and the ratio of fat and protein content at the 1st and 2nd performance checks. In the group of cows that received a Kexxtone bolus, there was no positive effect on reproductive indicators, as their values were almost identical to the control group without bolus. The effect was not manifested even with the earlier occurrence of the 1st heat after calving. In cows that were given a bolus, a lower level of BHB was found in the blood after parturition, a different ratio of fat and protein content in milk was not found in the first controls after calving compared to the control, and a lower incidence of disease was recorded. Cows with bolus had a higher milk yield in the first 100 days of lactation by 142 kg of milk.

Abstract
Title: Applied fitness training for the blind people with a focus on the treatment of muscle imbalances Objectives: The main objective was to evaluate the muscular imbalances by means of muscle tests. Another partial goal was to provide a set of exercises for the blind trainees to exercise in the home environment. Methods: The thesis has both empirical and theoretical character. The quasi- experiment was chosen as the type of study. At work, we encounter one-group pretest- posttest design elements where there was no control group but only a group of trainees. Results: In the backwards-stretched-arms test, 4 out of 5 tested improved, in the knee- flexor test, 3 out of 5 probands improved, in one case the results in one lower limb were the same, in the last case has worsened. In the forward-bend test, all of the 5 tested improved. The reason for the second and third tests are also a false way of measuring that appeared to be benefitting for the examinees. Keywords: physical condition, exercise lessons, visual impairment, muscle tests

This bachelor thesis focuses on the influence of body condition of dairy cattle to their milk production and the composition of milk. In each of 303 dairy cows, which were actually on the top of their lactation (between 60. and 90. day after calving), were individually valued their body condition with the 5-point BCS scale. The samples of milk from the monitoring of their performance were taken the same day. The observation was made in one year. The amount of milk and its composition was valued towards body condition, phase of lactation, lactation sequences, and month of monitoring (microclimate in stable). In monitoring the influence of body condition to their production of milk and its composition was finded out, that the condition of dairy cattle has highly evidential negative relationship to the milk efficiency. The relationship between body condition, the volume of fat, protein and lactose in milk was not proved. About the amnout and composition of milk considering lactation sequences was proved highly evidential relationship between the lactation sequences (mainly the first lactation) and the amount of milk. Relationship between the volume of fat, protein, and lactose was not proved. In case of the relationship between the amount of milk and its composition in particular phases of lactation (between 60. and 90. day after calving) was finded out inconclusive influence to the amount of milk such as the volume of fat, protein and lactose. During the monitoring in each months in the year (microclimate in stable) to the amount and the composition of milk was finded out inconclusive relationship to the milk production, volume of fat, protein and lactose in milk.

Title: Observing changes in body weight and fitness Objecitve: The goal of this bachelor thesis is to find out whether it is possible to reduce body weight, improve the level of an individual's psychical abilities by doing selected exercises in the natural enviroment within three - months period and without changing diet. Methods: The bachelor thesis is based on a case study, in which a quantitative research was used. At the beginning of the research, control measurements of the predetermined body parameters were made and three - month sports training program for the selected proband was prepared. Selected parameters were measured after each month. Results: The results of the three - months exercises program were the proband's body wieght loss of 7,2 kilograms and the positive change of his physical condition. A circumference reduction of a certain body segments was also achieved. Keywords: phsysical condition, body weight reduction, sports performance
Vliv tělesné kondice dojnic na hladinu ketolátek v krvi
BEŇASOVÁ, Veronika
The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the data about holstein dairy cow body condition at calving and to review its effect on ketones blood level and its relation to incidence of ketosis. The monitoring took place in a selected dairy farm from October 2017 to February 2019. Body condition of 280 cows was evaluated on the day of calving by assessing the body condition score (BCS) and later on 10 days in milk the blood level of B-hydroxybutyrate was measured. Furthermore, parity, body weight in calving day, body weight on 10 days in milk, content of milk fat and protein on 10 days in milk and milk yield on 10 days in milk were monitored. Average BCS of the herd was 3,7, the maximum measured BCS value was 5, the minimum was 2. Total incidence of ketosis on herd level was 21,07 % considering ketosis if BHB 1,0 mmol.l-1. 62,7 % of that was a subclinical form of ketosis while the remaining 37,3 % was the clinical form of ketosis. Correlation analysis of the relation between parity and level of BHB in blood showed positive correlation (r=0,15, p=0,00), when cows on higher lactation had higher level of blood BHB. Positive correlation between fat/protein ratio in milk and level of BHB in blood was evaluated by correlation analysis (r=0,31 , p=0,00). The BCS at calving and BHB level on 10 days in milk showed positive correlation (r=0,14 , p=0,02). As far as negative energy balance is taken into account, the positive correlation between BCS at calving and body weight loss was confirmed (r=0,17 , p=0,00). The fact that heavier cows and cows with higher BCS mobilise more body fat reserves was confirmed by positive correlation between the body weight at calving and the body weight loss (r=0,47, p=0,00) and between the body weight at calving and the fat/protein ratio in milk (r=0,27, p=0,00). Body weight at calving had provable positive impact on the milk yield (r=0,19, p=0,00).

The active lifestyle and physical fitness in high school students
ŠPULÁK, Bedřich
The diploma thesis focuses on the active lifestyle, physical fitness and fitness of the students of the district of Tábor, the age spectrum of 16.17 years. The research will be attended by students of the secondary school of informatics and communications Tábor. A major reason for writing the work is the deteriorating health condition and the changing lifestyle, especially among the teenage generation. It is becoming more and more economically demanding and often does not reach or improve the quality of life. The thesis is divided into two parts, one is theoretical and the other is practical. In the theoretical part, I try to answer and explain the concept of adolescence and all the influences that affect the adolescent. Another topic is lifestyle and ways of adolescent life. Significance and important benefits for performing adolescent movement activities. Influenza of non-infectious diseases of mass incidence affecting part of adolescents seeking passive lifestyle. Possibilities of realization of physical activities in the town of Tábor. In the practical part, physical tests will be carried out to answer the research prerequisites. Students will perform physical fitness tests, and motion activity will be determined using pedometers for 7 days. This test will be repeated after six months (at the beginning of the next school year). Based on the evaluation of the course of the practical part, a concrete output of the research assumptions will be achieved. The research is part of the GAČR Grant entitled "Multifactorial research into the built environment, active lifestyle and physical fitness of the youth" (No. 14-26 8965) and is part of the IPEN Adolescent International Survey: "Research of Built Environment and Adolescent Physical Activity".
