Professional development of human resources in selected organisation

This diploma thesis focuses on the professional development of HR Officers in a selected organization. The main goal is to find out and describe the approach of HR Officers in the selected organization to their own professional development. The presented work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, areas and terms related to the researched issue are defined. The first chapter deals with the field of personnel studies. Specifically, it is dedicated to HR Officers, their roles, HR activities, competencies and opportunities for further professional education. The second chapter focuses on the area of employee education and development. It deals with corporate education, systematic education, methods of education and development, and motivation and barriers in the further education of adults. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the description of the methodology of the research investigation. For the purposes of the diploma thesis, a qualitative method was chosen, and a case study was chosen as the research design. Employee Development and Training System in the Banking Sector in the Context of Covid-19 Pandemic

The bachelor thesis focuses on the system of employee development and training in the banking sector. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the system of employee development and training in the banking sector with regards to the impact of the measures and restrictions of the Covid-19 pandemic and to propose changes to improve the current situation. At first the work describes employee training in the banking sector of the Czech Republic and its importance. It examines the process of systematic training of employees for effective perfor-mance of job duties as well as the procedures for planning and implementing training events. Afterwards the work presents the results of a questionnaire survey conducted in two Czech banks and compares the current situation. In conclusion, based on the results of the survey, specific recommendations for improving the system of employee training and development are proposed.

It deals with the question of whether it makes sense in such an organization to educate employees and if so, what the most appropriate manner. The aim of this work is the analysis of the current situation to help identify the most effective education system, which would partly help reduce turnover. The main aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the present education system, identify needs, propose changes and recommendations for improving the management of this section. The thesis is composed of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains knowledge gained from available Czech and foreign sources. The practical part is focused on the acquired information and describes the current system of education in selected company. Based on the analysis carried out in the form of qualitative and quantitative research, suggestions for improvement and efficiency of the management of this section are recommended. These recommendations are mentioned at the end of practical part of diploma thesis.

The second part introduces the particular organization and the current education system, which is analyzed by a survey. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the current education system, identifying its strenghts and weaknesses. Based on the results, a recommendation is made. The recommendation should improve the current system of education.

This diploma thesis is entitled The education of workers in a selected organization. Its aim is to analyze the system of training, identify needs for training, propose changes and recommendations to improve the management of this area. The thesis is composed of two parts, i.e. the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part includes findings and information related to the matters of the system of training of employees based on available literature and internet sources both of domestic and foreign authors. The practical part is focused on analysis, description and evaluation of knowledge of the system of employees training in selected company. The practical part also includes recommended proposals to improve and streamline this area based on the previous analysis.

The thesis is focused on corporate learning system. The aim of this thesis is evaluation of corporate learning system in the company Iveco Czech Republic, a.s., and proposing of corrective arrangements on the basis of theoretic knowledge that will lead to increase of the efficiency of education process in the company. This thesis is divided to theoretic part and practical part. Theoretic part is focused on definition of basic terms, environment, factors and relationships relating to corporate learning systems. Theoretic part solves systematic education. The practical part contains the characteristic of corporate and analysis of learning system in the company Iveco Czech Republic, a.s. This system has got 4 parts: identification of learning needs, planning of training courses, realization of training courses and evaluation. The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of education and development of employees. The aim is to analyze the business education system in the company Koito Czech s.r.o., identify strengths and weaknesses and make suggestions for system improvements. The thesis is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with basic terms related to business education system, education methods and individual phases of the training cycle. The practical part is focused on the company Koito Czech s.r.o. It contains an analysis of the individual phases of the education system and opinions of the employees on established education system in the form of survey result. Based on the analysis, the advantages and disadvantages are evaluated and recommendations to improve the system are designed.
