Integrated management system of building company

The diploma thesis deals with an implementation of three subsystems into one integrated system. That includes a quality management system, an enviromental system and a health and safety system transfered to the practice of a commercial company with a construction activity. The diploma thesis describes a management function by chapters of appropriate standards and a suggestion of QMS, EHS and HSMS integrated management system manual.
Software support for quality management in civil engineering

Focus of this bachelor’s thesis is mapping software support for quality management in civil engineering. System of quality management is defined and established in basic criterion norm of series 9001, on international level labeled EN ISO 9001, in Czech Republic labeled ČSN EN ISO 9001. Other ISO quality norms, for example 9000, 9004 or related norm of series 19011 are not subject of this bachelor’s thesis. Norm ISO 9001 (further norm) specifies requirements of customer oriented system of quality management – to prove, that it provides products according to customer’s demands and that it’s capable of reacting to customer’s demands during process of production, assuming that all conditions dictated by law, regulations, norms, operating and technological procedures and so on, have been met. Objective of the whole procedure is assuring and increasing customer’s satisfaction. In this thesis quality, norm as a basic prescription of quality and software support of quality management are described, also usage of CAQ in practice is mapped.
Evaluation of Quality of the Construction Site

The objective of my Bachelors project is to design improvements for directing and quality control of build structures.Methods for quality control are described in the theory part. Methods for quality control, analysis of the norm ČSN EN IS 9001:2009, product and build structure requirements are described in the theory part. In the practical part the analysis of directives for assessment, comparison of these directives with a concrete order and suggestions for improvements can be found.
Quality management system for small organization

This diploma thesis deals with a quality management system of a small construction company. The aim is to analyse the existing baseline system and propose specific measures leading to compliance with the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 standard specification. The first three chapters focus on general description and concepts of quality management systems. The next chapter identifies and maps the main processes in the studied construction company and proposes a new quality management system. The last chapter presents general guidelines for creation of management documentation.

This diploma thesis deals with preparation of quality management system for certification according to the standard ISO/TS 16949:2009. In the theoretical part of the thesis a various concepts of quality management system are described as well as certification process of ISO/TS 16949:2009. The last theoretical chapter is dedicated to the auditing of quality management system. The practical part is focused to the analyse of the current quality management system as well as performing of internal audits of quality management system. The last chapter is focused on evaluation of effectiveness of internal audits and realization of the first phase of certification audit according to the ISO/TS 16949:2009.

This master´s thesis deals with analysis current state of the quality management system in the company TRANSELCO CZ s. r. o. For this purpose it was necessary to map the existing processes, examine the documentation, and then perform the internal audit. On the basis of the findings of this analysis was to identify recommendations which should serve to streamline and improve the quality management system and increasing the efficiency of processes.
Implementation of EFQM model to increase company competitiveness

This Master’s thesis analyzes the performance of company Mejzlik Propellers Ltd. by using EFQM Model. The first part of the thesis describes the theoretical background of performance assessment and the EFQM Model. The second part focuses on the analysis of the current state of the company according to the EFQM Model questionnaire. Based on the analysis results, the last part proposes improvements to increase the company‘s performance and competitiveness.
Applying the European Customer Satisfaction Index in the area of sport

Title: Applying the European Customer Satisfaction Index in the area of sport Objectives: The main objective of this paper is to determine customer satisfaction of the Czech Association Sport for All (ČASPV) using the methodology of the European Customer Satisfaction Index (ECSI) and following the results of the research propose recommendations. The sub-objectives include modification of the ECSI methodology for the area of sport and comparison of the resulting ECSI index values in terms of the quality management system applied in ČASPV, different methods of determining the weights of measurable variables and already conducted research in the Czech commercial environment. Methods: The work uses, through the methodology of the European Customer Satisfaction Index (ECSI), the method of quantitative marketing research. For the primary data collection from ČASPV agents and clients, electronic and written inquiries were used. Results: According to the resulting ECSI index values, ČASPV clients have been very satisfied with the services and activities of the Association. Reliability assessment of a hydraulic switchboard production proces

The Diploma thesis is focused on possibilities of an assessment of a hydraulic switchboard and its manufacturing process. Furthermore, it analyses methods individually which are suitable for quality assurance and production reliability, which are described in details. The follow-up work focuses more on the Statistical Process Control (SPC) method which is applicable in the early warning system and the Failure mode, effects, and criticality analysis (FMECA) method, applicable in the planning system. These two methods are further applied to the newly introduced process of machining the hydraulic switchboard as an effective tool not only for assessing the reliability of production, but also for its subsequent securing and maintaining in a relevant condition.
