Semi-trailer for a vehicle transport
Švec, Milan ; Robotka, Tomáš (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
The aim of the diploma thesis is the construction design of a semi – trailer for the purpose of road – based vehicle transportation. The construction design is complaint to the applicable legislative requirements for the corresponding trailer category. The main part of the thesis focuses on strength analysis of a semi – trailer frame using finite element method. Based on strength analysis of the semi – trailer frame, the original frame is adjusted and further optimized through subsequent analyses. The thesis additionally contains the drawing documentation.
Container gantry crane
Straka, Václav ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the design and construction solution of a rail gantry crane intended for handling and loading of containers located in the space of the container terminal. It is therefore a design of the main supporting components of the crane, including checking the strength of their parts, as well as the design of the chassis part. The output of this bachelor thesis is drawing documentation.
Two-axle trailer for a truck
Novotný, Tomáš ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Zeizinger, Lukáš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the conceptual design of a two-axle trailer for a truck. The first part contains a research analysis of trailers and subsequent legislation. In the next part is in detail analyzed construction of the trailer concept and then the calculation of the axle loads. The last part consists of strength analysis with its evaluation and partial drawing documentation.
Mechanical design of the supporting frame for a satellite antenna system
Hrdonka, Štěpán ; Mazal, Pavel (referee) ; Paloušek, David (advisor)
The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to create a structural drawing of a satellite dish supporting frame. The supporting frame will allow the dish to be mounted on a car. A part of the project is also to create a drawing of a rotating mount that will allow the satellite parabole to rotate around its vertical axis. Construction of the frame is designed to withstand required wind load and to prevent its sag from fundamentally influencing the signal quality. The stress-strain analysis has been carried out by using the Finite Element Method (FEM). Under the influence of the moment of 440 N.m around the –x axis and of gravitational force of 442 N the final maximal sag was 1.6 mm. The rotating mount is constructed in a way that requires only minimal maintenance and is able to withstand adverse weather conditions. That was accomplished by a suitible selection of materials. As the thesis is a part of mobile satellite prototype development, the project is designed in a way considering the final price and easy installation. Another part of the thesis is to create drawing documentation.
Hydraulic grab bucket
Vavrla, Petr ; Smutek, Josef (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
In those work am intent on construction hydraulic grab, his two dipper, but largely supporting frame, that is of mostly effortful. Further am suggested and drew up hydraulic perimeter for operating dipper and rotation about perpendicular axes
