This diploma thesis deals with a development project in Prague the name Residential Complex of the Green Town and development market analysis in Prague. The diploma thesis describes individual phases of the development project, summary SWOT analysis for construction, method of project financing and risk management plan. The analysis of development projects is focused on the development of supply, demand, the development of new flats depending on the financial availability and location, where the prices of flats are compared with my resolved apartment building.

Implementation of the Milk Run System for Production Lines of the Selected Area

Diploma thesis is focused on implementation of logistics system Milk Run for automotive lines in selected manufacturing company, which allows to deliver raw material for production effectively and on time. The theoretical part deals with the logistics principles, which are supporting lean manufacturing. The practical part is focused mainly on description of new supplying process and steps needed for implementation of Milk Run system in the company. The thesis is concluded with evaluation of project’s expected benefits.

This diploma thesis is focused on the analysis and description of the development market in the Czech Republic. The thesis describes the specific activities leading to the development project in all its phases, presents the project risks and defines the security and specifications of the development projects. The analysis is focused on commercial office projects and it is formed in three successive levels, at the level of the Czech Republic, at the level of the analysis of the Prague and Brno markets, to a specific analysis of the selected project.

Persian corridor to the USSR with American help under the Lend and Lease Act

This paper deals with the theme of the Persian Corridor, one of the supply routes selected for the support of the Soviet Union by Western Allies during the Second World War. The aim is to determine whether this assistance could have a major impact on the conduct of Eastern Front combat operations. The pre-war situation in Iran and Iraq and the relationship of these countries with the Word powers is described at the beginning of the thesis. At the same time, the importance of this region is explained from a strategic point of view. The second part of the thesis is divided into four chapters, each about the individual years of war and the events that took place in the region of Iraq and Iran. Each of these chapters lists the events directly affecting the supplies of war material and its quantity transported in that year. At the same time, each charter presents a description of the events that influenced the situation in the Soviet Union over the period, from the most important battles to the development of weapons production and material losses. The last charter summarizes the data provided in previous chapters and shows the overall picture of deliveries in individual years and their total volume. Demand and supply on the market of secondary education in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis analyses demand and supply on the market of secondary education in the Czech Republic and it is focused on the differences between state and private schools. The thesis consist of the definition of technical terms, evolution and context of hitory of education, characterization of the specifics of marketing strategy and differences in the financing methods in state and private sector. Furthermore, the thesis includes statistic data of evolution of demand and supply of education. Practical part is focused on research at state and church grammar schools in the town of Kutná Hora and it includes interviews with the school headteachers and questionnaire-based research, which was conducted among pupils in the first year of high school studies.

Food tourism trends on an example of starting up a new business

The diploma thesis deals with the modern trends in the area of food tourism in terms of starting up business focused on food tours for tourists in Prague. The main objective of the thesis is to analyze food tourism market environment in Prague. Based on that the author will assess whether the new business will be successful on the market. The theoretical part is devoted to the terminology of tourism, gastronomy development and modern trends in supply and demand of food tourism. In practical part of the thesis the author deals with methods of analysis of the market environment. Enterprise´s external environment is analyzed by using PEST analysis, internal environment is analyzed by analysis of competition using Porter´s Five Forces and Strategic Group Map. Finally, the author evaluates results of the survey in order to analyze demand for products on food tourism market.

The supply of the BILLA store

The Bachelor thesis made at a theme The supply of the BILLA store puts an aim at a finding of a method to eliminate superfluous supplies in the chosen store. The superfluous supply and a subsequent ending of guarantees origins during of a purchase and a supplying yet by a wrong organization of storage items and by a bad attitude of employees to storage items in the chosen store. The aim of this thesis is an analysis of factors which cause the superfluous supply and the ending of guarantees, and then to suggest moves which would lead to exacter orders of supplies and more effective organization of supplies in a storehouse.

Comparison of the food problem in Germany and in occupied territories of Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia and Poland (1939 - 1945)

It was of strategically very importance for Germany to secure food supply. The Nazi-regime needed to gather a high level of supplies for the civil population as well as for the security and military troops. German agriculture, however, was not able to produce enough food to secure this supply. War situation led to an expansion in order to acquire new sources of food for Germany. This bachelor thesis wants to find out, which role the food supply was playing within the general concept of conquest of the areas of Europe. This work examines the main institutions and protagonists in the food sector and their influence on the food policy of Nazi- Germany. With the help of comparison of the situation on the occupied territory of the Protectorate Bohemia and Moravia and the occupied territories of Poland, it determines the conditions of getting agricultural products and food.

Technical Analysis

The subject of my Master´s Thesis is the technical analysis. Teoretical part is about the approach of the theoretical issues, description of its individual methods, in the second part I'm concerned with the practical use of technical analysis in trading on the financial market and at the end of the thesis I will evaluate the effect of using the technical analysis in practice, in general also in the specific cases I investigated, I summarize its advantages and disadvantages.
