Mental hygiene of the construction engineering manager
Kuncová, Kateřina ; Dofek, Josef (referee) ; Linkeschová, Dana (advisor)
This thesis deals with the issue of mental hygiene of the construction engineering manager from various angles. The theoretical part defines and describes characteristics of management and mental hygiene. The practical part contains hypothesis related to mental hygiene. Based on the hypothesis, there was compiled and evaluated a questionnaire. That was the main basis for the evaluation of hypotheses. The result is a summary of findings about mental hygiene of the construction engineering managers.
Human Resources Activities in Company: Motivation
Horák, Martin ; Ďurajka, Martin (referee) ; Franková, Emilie (advisor)
Diploma thesis deals with a motivation of employees in concrete company. On the basis of empiric survey are proposed instruments, which really motivate employees to make better job performance. These motivation instruments could help cut down stress and improve communication in the company. The aim of this thesis is on the basis of analysis current status to purpose concrete motivation instruments, which will increase job performance of employees.
Automatic stress detection using non-EEG biological signals
Malina, Ondřej ; Kolářová, Jana (referee) ; Smíšek, Radovan (advisor)
This work deals with the problem of stress detection using non-EEG biosignals. The first part deals with the definition of stress and related concepts. Describes possible views of the phenomenon of stress, mentions possible causes of stress, as well as physiological and psychological manifestations of short and long-term effects of stress. In addition, this work deals with several different methods used to detect stress with non-EEG signals. For this purpose, a short search of articles dealing with this topic is available in this paper. The last chapter of this work describes the algorithm design using the c-mean fuzzy method for detecting stress values in data obtained form five different non-EEG signals.
Diagnostical Analysis of Voice
Sala, Pavel ; Šebesta, Vladimír (referee) ; Sigmund, Milan (advisor)
Goal of this work was create survey study of information resources deal with diagnostic analysis of speech signal. Two methods for estimation of glottal flow was programmed. Finally, attention was focused on determination of criterions for description of selected pathological diagnosis and influence of stress on the glottal flow. Outcome of this work is proposal two criterions for describe influence of stress on the glottal flow.
Flexible Forms of Work in a Selected Company
Chrástová, Veronika ; Soukup, Daniel (referee) ; Konečný, Štěpán (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with flexible and innovative forms of employment and the form of cooperation in a selected company. Flexibility is becoming more and more important, as employees are less willing to spend their entire day of work and prefer more personal life. The thesis is divided into three parts - the theoretical, the analytical and the part dealing with own solutions. The theoretical part is based on a comprehensive overview of flexible forms of employment that make it possible to reconcile work and personal life. The analytical part examines and evaluates the current state of the selected company with best practices of similar companies in the Czech Republic and abroad and in the final part proposes the optimal solution of flexible forms of employment or cooperation in the context of possible changes in the provision of legal services for selected organization.
Stress detection
Jindra, Jakub ; Vítek, Martin (referee) ; Němcová, Andrea (advisor)
Stress detection based on non-EEG physiological data can be useful for monitoring drivers, pilots, and also for monitoring of people in ordinary situation, where standard EEG monitoring is unsuitable. This work uses Non-EEG database freely available from Physionet. The database contains records of heart rate, saturation of blood oxygen, motion, a conductance of skin and temperature recorded for 3 type of stress alternated with relax state. Two final models were created in this thesis. First model for Binary classification stress/relax, second for classification of 4 different type of psychical state. Best results were reached using model created by decision tree algorithm with 8 features for binary classification and with 8 features for classification of 4 psychical state. Accuracy of final models is aproximately 95 % for binary model and 99 % for classification of 4 psychical state. All algorithms were implemented in Python.
Driver State Monitoring
Evaluation of the pilot's stress level during landing using a wearable electronics
Muschalik, David ; Sklenář, Filip (referee) ; Šplíchal, Miroslav (advisor)
The thesis focuses on the possibilities of objective stress measurement. It chooses parameters that are suitable for measurement by commonly available wearable electronics. It establishes a methodology for measuring stress using these devices, which it then verifies by conducting experiments with flight school students. It serves as proof of concept for similar measurements in further research or in flight schools.
Meaning Mental Hygiene for Tax Adviser
Zbranková, Markéta ; Jungová, Irena (referee) ; Pokorný, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis explores influence mental health the effectiveness of job tax adviser. It includes the proposal of recommendation, which will conform to needs this profession and ensure mental balance tax adviser and also increment his work output.
Prevention and Control of working Conflicts
Štěpánková, Markéta ; Procházka, Jan (referee) ; Franková, Emilie (advisor)
This thesis elaborates basic overview of communication tools dealing with the prevention of work-related conflicts. The work examines the conflicts of tax advisers in the course of their practice and identifies gaps in communication.
