Crane Hook Block - Lifting Capacity 20 tons

Task of this bachelor’s thesis is to propose a crane hook block with lifting capacity of 20 tons. Hook block is part of the mechanism of class M4 according to technical standard ISO 4301-1. It briefly describes what hook block is and summarizes the design solutions of individual structural units. In next part of the thesis there is a design and calculation of the most important parts of the hook block due to function. The content is also a choice of purchased components. Thesis appendices consist of drawing of the whole assembly, lists of items and drawing of crossmember.

The work also talks about a suitable block and tackle and includes introductory research part of the present topic, choice of different conceptions. This work dissert about proposal and calculation hoisting device travelling crab, intended for tonnage 50 000 kg. For this tonnage there're performed pertinent strenght calculations, concerning journal of pullies, side plate, crossbeam and crane hook. Part of work is proposal desirable electric motor, gear - box, brakes, jaw clutch and bearings. In work are also descriptions of hoisting apparatus and descriptions of construction parts of sheave block. Defined are also main dimensions ancillary components for desired hoisting. Work is finished with complete drawing documentation of sheave block travelling crab.
Specialized closing mechanisms of mobile tanks focusing on the discharge cover tipping trailers

This bachelor thesis deals with an improving of the design of the suspension folding rear discharge tank container lid. The work deals primarily supporting element cover. Functio-nal proposal is complemented by structural calculations that examine the proposed solu-tion of kinematic and the strength. When calculation should be the main focus was on the analysis. To illustrate the calculation schemes are listed, so the work is usable as a role model for the teaching of "Machinery and control".
