Úkolem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout jeřábovou kladnici s nosností 20 tun. Kladnice je součástí zdvihacího mechanismu zařazeného do třídy M4 dle normy ČSN ISO 4301-1. Práce stručně popisuje, k čemu kladnice slouží a shrnuje konstrukční řešení jednotlivých konstrukčních celků. V další části práce je proveden návrh a výpočet nejdůležitějších součástí vzhledem k funkci kladnice. Obsahem je také volba nakupovaných součástek. Přílohy práce se skládají z výkresu celé sestavy, seznamu položek a výkresu příčníku. Task of this bachelor’s thesis is to propose a crane hook block with lifting capacity of 20 tons. Hook block is part of the mechanism of class M4 according to technical standard ISO 4301-1. It briefly describes what hook block is and summarizes the design solutions of individual structural units. In next part of the thesis there is a design and calculation of the most important parts of the hook block due to function. The content is also a choice of purchased components. Thesis appendices consist of drawing of the whole assembly, lists of items and drawing of crossmember.
