K DIPLOMOVÉ PRÁCI V ANGLICKÉM JAZYCE Strategic Management of the Education System in the Czech Republic Antonie Ondrouchová ABSTRACT The aim of this thesis "Strategic Management of the Education System in the Czech Republic" is to analyze and critically evaluate strategic management at various levels of the education system of the Czech Republic; suggest recommendations for further research. Thus, the thesis answers question on the state of strategic management at various levels of the education system of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part defines the term "strategic management", which is generally characterized by determination, process, tools, meaning and obstacles in its application. The following chapter deals with strategic management in the education system, in particular by identifying four levels of management (national, regional, local, school) represented by the relevant institutions. At the theoretical level, education policy is considered to be an indication of directions and content that are embedded in public policy documents. By the method of document content analysis, examples of strategic public policy documents are evaluated at four levels of system management. Regionální operační program v novém programovém období 2014-2020

Regional operational program in the new programming period 2014-2020. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2015. This bachelor thesis is focused on the comparison of the regional operational program between the period 2007-2013 and the new programming period 2014-2020. Comparison will be made also between strategic documents. Emphasis is placed on changes that will affect the applicants for subsidies, which are munici-palities, counties and regions. In the first part is characterized regional policy and its development and goals. The second part presents strategic documents at European and national level. It also describes the IROP for the period 2014-2020 and compared with the ROP 2007-2013. In the last section are outlined key changes, and how will these changes view applicants for subsidies.

Hodnocení udržitelného rozvoje kraje Vysočina

This thesis deals with the evaluation of sustainable development of the Region. The aim of this work was based on a questionnaire survey of indicators to assess the development of a sustainable development in the region. Most deficiencies are reflected in the economic dimension of the region. Proposed solutions were prepared especially for agriculture, tourism, research and development and innovation, promotion or operational programs. Sources of financing solutions primarily include operational programs of the new programming period, including state and regional aid.

The goal of this thesis is the analysis of small and medium enterprises financial support with respect to the Joint Regional Operational Programme as an bearer of regional support, which is financed from the European Union and the following list of recommendations within the frame of the realization stage of the project cycle that are generalized especially at the level of the final user as the beneficiary of the support.

Změny v regionální politice v novém programovém období 2014 - 2020

The thesis is focused on the identification of changes in regional policy in the new programming period, based on a comparison of program for 2007-2013 and 2014-2020. It is also focused on the implications of these changes for applicants and implementers of the project applications. The first section identifies changes in regional policy on European level, then changes on national level. It will identify changes in the level of cohesion regions and finally there is an effort to formulate recommendations for subjects that face that problem of regional policy-related areas, specifically for applicants and im-plementers of the project applications in the new period.

Význam vodního díla Pastviny pro rozvoj mikroregionu Orlicko

This thesis deals with the significance of the Pastviny dam for the development of mikroregion Orlicko and its potential from the viewpoint of subsequent development of tourism in the area. The main subject, which the thesis discusses on background of Pastviny dam, is the connection water - recreation - regional development. This thesis describes Pastviny recreational area as an important recreational area in the mikroregion Orlicko, identifies the attitude of local administration to the development of tourism, describes the economical conditions in the location and on the basis of the historical progress of using this location for recreation, the thesis presents the current strengths and weaknesses of Pastviny recreational area. In the end of this thesis suggestions for the subsequent development of sustainable tourism in the interested area based on the SWOT analysis are mentioned.

The possibilities and limits of socio-economic development in the Šumava region

The present bachelor thesis is focused on the limits and possibilities of development in the Šumava region. The region is characterized mainly by its territory - there are three types of the specially protected areas - national park, protected landscape area and biosphere reserve. This thesis deals with the issue of the socio-economic development in relation to the principles of nature protection and sustainable development. The main goal of this paper is to define the possibilities, key activities and impacts on the region in connection with the occurrence of the types of protected geographical departments. The thesis also tried to clarify the current situation thanks to information obtained from an interview with three local stakeholders; furthermore, it analyzed strategic documents and evaluated the projects already implemented in the region.
