Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na limity a příležitosti rozvoje v regionu Šumava. Tento region se vyznačuje především tím, že se na jeho území vyskytují rovnou tři typy zvláště chráněného území -- národní park, chráněná krajinná oblast a biosférická rezervace. Ve své práci se zabývám otázkou souladu socioekonomického rozvoje tohoto území s principy ochrany přírody a udržitelného rozvoje. Hlavním cílem mé práce je vymezení možností, klíčových aktivit a dopadů na daný region v souvislosti s výskytem příslušných typů chráněných územních útvarů. Dále se snažím o objasnění současné situace, k čemuž přispěly získané informace z rozhovorů se třemi aktéry rozvoje, analyzování strategických dokumentů a vyhodnocení již zrealizovaných projektů v regionu. The present bachelor thesis is focused on the limits and possibilities of development in the Šumava region. The region is characterized mainly by its territory - there are three types of the specially protected areas - national park, protected landscape area and biosphere reserve. This thesis deals with the issue of the socio-economic development in relation to the principles of nature protection and sustainable development. The main goal of this paper is to define the possibilities, key activities and impacts on the region in connection with the occurrence of the types of protected geographical departments. The thesis also tried to clarify the current situation thanks to information obtained from an interview with three local stakeholders; furthermore, it analyzed strategic documents and evaluated the projects already implemented in the region.
