BLEHOVÁ, Zuzana
Research for this thesis took place in two selected primary school canteens in Humpolec during the school year 2018/2019. The aim of this thesis was to compare the variety of diet and filling of the consumer basket between two primary school canteens. Further aim was the evaluation of the nutritional value of the dishes servedin canteens and comparison of the identified values with the DACH standard (2011) for older pupils. From nutritional point of view there was found out the lack of vegetable and legume soups in both canteens. Furthermore, there was confirmed the general trend towards minimal frequency of fish dishes and surplus of meat dishes, cold cuts and dumplings. The amount of fruit and vegetable was also not fully satisfactory. The evaluation of the consumer basket filling in both canteens showed insufficient use of fish meat and milk and uneven speling of fruit and potatoes. On the contrary during the whole school year (except April 2019 in canteen A) was served enough legumes. The fact that there was served enough meat, free fats, free sugars, dairy products and vegetable is also a plus. The energy intake of school lunches in both canteens was around 80-90% of the reference income for both boys and girl, category older pupil. The amount of proteins contained in dishes was very excessive in both cases, fat intake was also superfluous in the school cafeteria A for both genders, in cafeteria B was the value of fatslightly excessive for girls an don standard level forboys. The carbohydrates were held with in standard except the amount measuredin canteen A in April 2019 which was slightly above the required value. The micronutrients contained in served dishes wereon standard level or abovethe reference value. The only nutrient which intake would be appropriate to increase in both canteens was calcium.
Changes in Selected Motor Skills in Floorball Players in the Period of the Covid-19 Pandemic
Forman, Mikuláš ; Vojtíková, Lenka (advisor) ; Chvostek, Lukáš (referee)
IN ENGLISH The submitted thesis deals with changes in selected motor skills in older school-age floorball players. The aim is to compare the changes that occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic and to evaluate the impact on current sports performance. We used commonly used tests to test individual periods and only then used them to detect differences after restrictive measures. The thesis provides a comparison of the resulting performances of individual players obtained as part of the regular testing of players of the FbŠ Bohemians floorball team, which measures the level of motor skills. First before the Covid-19 pandemic in the autumn of 2020 and then after the release in the spring of 2021. The research may be a useful guide for a realistic view of how much the Covid-19 pandemic has affected the sports component of children and adolescents in society. The results showed a significant deterioration in almost all of the parameters studied and confirmed that the player's physical activity worsened.

The scholastic cheating of early adolescents: from exploratory research towards a structural model. A pilot study.
VRBOVÁ, Jana
The aim of this work is to investigate, which behaviour at school is perceived by early adolescents (age average 14-16 years) as cheating, whether it is possible to classify this behaviour into specific types (factors) and whether these can be linked with individual student variables (sex, GPA, number of missed classes, student goal orientation, worry, self-efficacy, and achievement value), as well as with the contextual variables (parents goal orientation, teachers goal orientation, satisfaction with the school, neutralization, peer cheating behaviour, and cheating punishment). The obtained data were statistically evaluated (N = 401). Using exploratory factor analysis based on students self-reporting the frequency of the behaviour classified as cheating, two types of dishonest behaviour were extracted: cheating (copying, hinting) and falsification (forgery of signatures, absences). Two student factors, school approach (motivation) and to school avoidance (amotivation) orientation, and two context factors, teachers and parents goal orientation, were extracted as predictors of cheating. Results showed that neither parents nor cheating punishment had significant influence on cheating and falsification. The structural model confirmed that a positive relationship with teachers goal orientation and GPA had the highest influence on falsification. Student avoidance to school, student approach to school, and teachers goal orientation had the highest influence on cheating. Cheating and falsification were well correlated. The values of regression coefficients remained similar after removing the parent factor from the model. The structural equation model explaining the relationship of latent endogenous cheating and falsification variables with the three latent exogenous variables (avoidance to school, approach to school and teachers goal orientation) and the three manifest variables (sex, GPA and peer cheating behaviour), fitted the data well. The model explained 42% of cheating variance and 39% of falsification variance
