Jakub Kokštejn, Ph.D. Cíl práce: Cílem bakalářské práce je komparace obsahu, struktury a časové efektivity tréninkového procesu v rámci týdenního mikrocyklu mezi fotbalovými kategoriemi mladší žáci (kategorie U13) a starší žáci (kategorie U15). Současně je cílem komparace obsahu a struktury tréninkového procesu zmíněných kategorií s doporučením Fotbalové Asociace ČR. Metody řešení: Výzkumný soubor obsahoval dvě žákovské kategorie hráčů (U13 a U15). Pro sběr dat bylo využito nezúčastněné pozorování a vytvoření videozáznamu z tréninkového třítýdenního mezocyklu. Významnost rozdílů vzhledem ke stanoveným hypotézám byla ověřena pomocí hodnocení koeficientu věcné významnosti Hedgesova g a také pomocí procent. Výsledky práce: Tato studie zjistila významný rozdíl v užívání průpravných her mezi kategoriemi U13 (25,9 % z celkové náplně tréninku) a U15 (68,4 %). Významný rozdíl byl dle očekávání analyzován i u využití posilování. Kategorie U13 posilování se závažím nevyužila vůbec a volila spíše úpolovou metodu. Naopak U15 posilovala v 24,6 % času určeného pro kompenzace. U kategorie U13 bylo užívání sociálně-interakčních forem vždy mezi kategoriemi středně... Jakub Kokštejn, Ph.D. Objective: The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compare the content, structure and time efficiency of the training process within a weekly microcycle between the football categories of younger pupils (category U13) and older pupils (category U15). At the same time, the aim is to compare the content and structure of the training process of the mentioned categories with the recommendations of the Football Association of the Czech Republic. Methods: The research population consisted of two student categories of players (U13 and U15). Non-participant observation and the creation of a video recording of a three-week training mesocycle were used for data collection. The significance of the differences with respect to the stated hypotheses was tested by assessing the substantive significance of Hedges' g coefficient and also by using percentages. Results: This study found a significant difference in the use of preparatory games between the U13 (25.9 %) and U15 (68.4 %) categories.
