Production sprocket
Diviš, Adam ; Štroner, Marek (referee) ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (advisor)
The project elaborated design of technology production of the sprocket using die forging from steel C45. Pursuant to of the literary pursuit a problem of the die forging and calculation was designed manufacturing process for three operations. Dimensions of forging and tool are designed according to appropriate standards. Forging will be done on forging press LZK 1000 P/SH, with nominal tensile force 10 MN. Dies will be made from instrumental steel 19 662 heat-worked according to drawing documentation.
Wrapping machine
Kosyk, Ivan ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor thesis is the design of a wrapping machine for EUR pallets with goods. The first part of the work includes a list of current concepts of wrapping machines, possible variants of construction and design solutions with their functions, a description of their advantages and disadvantages. In the second part of the work, the computational solution of the models and the selection of important components of the wrapping machine based on the input and required values are performed.
Differential tackle
Poliak, Daniel ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design and strength calculation of the differential hoist. The chain block is self-locking with a load capacity of 400 kg and a lifting height of 4750 mm. The design is projected with safety consideration to the flexibility limit state. The project also includes computational report and drawing documentation.
Forging of rotary forgings
Konvalina, Michal ; Štroner, Marek (referee) ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (advisor)
The thesis is focused on manufacturing proposal of the conveyor chain sprocket using die forging from steel C45 (12 050). Based on the literature review of eligible technologies, volume termoforming technolology has been selected here, more accurately closed die forging on a vertical crank forging press with an open flash gutter. Dimensions of forging and die are designed according to appropriate valid standards. Based on calculated tensile force of 10,83 MN will be forging performed on vertical forging press LZK 1600 P/SH. Forging die will be made of low alloy tool steel 1.2713 (19 662) and ejection of forging will be executed by three ejector pins in lower and upper finishing die.
Differential tackle
Valach, Petr ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the calculation and construction proposal of self-locking differential tackle with lifting capacity of 600 kg and lift of 3.7 m. After a short division of tackles according to various criteria and their description is followed by a more detailed description of the chosen construction of the differential tackle. The thesis includes the calculation of the sprockets according to the relevant norm, the choice of the chain, bearing selection, assessment limits and safety self-locking and important strength calculations taking into account the manual manipulation. There is the drawing documentation according to the topic of the bachelor’s thesis.
Proposal production of a chain wheel with the unconventional methods of machining use
Mikeš, David ; Kubík, Roman (referee) ; Dvořák, Jaromír (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the application of unconventional methods in machining (use of laser and hydro-abrasive beam) during chain wheel production. Firstly, the unconventional methods are divided according to the overwhelming effect of material separation, and then these methods are briefly described. In the second part of the thesis, you can find the technological process of chain wheel production with the usage of cutting operation method, which is followed by the assessment of production costs. Afterwards, the chain wheel is produced with the application of laser and hydro-abrasive beam. The final part of the thesis contains comparison between the unconventional methods and the conventional method of cutting operation. The comparison is based on the achieved structure of surface of the gear tooth, the production time and the economic point of view.
Differential tackle
Rada, Stanislav ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design and construction of self-locking differential tackle, which will have a capacity of 300 kg and its Maximum lift height is 7000 mm. The aim of this work is to design self-locking tackle with an assessment of the limits of safety and self-locking. It contains important design strength calculations with special look on manual handling. Design documentation is included in this thesis.
Optimization of the structure and properties of materials for motorcycle parts
Stárek, Jan ; Němec, Karel (referee) ; Juliš, Martin (advisor)
The aim of this study is to review the materials used on selected motorcycle components. The present bachelor thesis concerned with comparison of serial parts and alternative variants for racing. Describes the production of specific components and studying some of their material characteristics. Justifies the potential use of non-traditional manufacturing technologies. Each chapter is dedicated to elements pursued by the use of special attention during operation of motorcycle. The main part of the experimental testing of levers and sprockets from different suppliers. The work is also illustrated by the choice and use of two different materials on one component. The selected components are subjected to material tests.
