Sustainable tourism and conservation of nature in NP (emphasis on NP Sumava)

Compilation part of the Bachelor thesis is focused on sustainable development and tourism. An integral part is conservation management with a focus on the NP Šumava. Thesis mainly concentrates on evaluating the impact of tourism on the environment whereas one chapter/part is an analysis of winter tourist season in mountain areas. The experimental part deals with monitoring of tourims in NP Šumava to which was used a method of questionnaire survey. The emphasis is put on winter sports tourism. Research results (from winter season) are compared with summer surveys. Among new findings belong a increase of car traffic by 5%, absence of adequate car parking facilities/parking spaces and diverse opinions of summer and winter visitors. Based on these results relevant management disposals are introduced.
Marketing Research of Customers' Satisfaction with the Services of Specific Bases of a Selected Company

Title: Marketing Research of Customers' Satisfaction with the Services of Specific Bases of a Selected Company Objectives: The aim of the diploma thesis is to conduct a marketing research of customers' satisfaction with the services of specific bases of a selected company. Based on the results of the survey, create incentives to improve services, which will contribute to strengthening customer satisfaction with the services of these bases. Methods: Qualitative and quantitative research was used in the diploma thesis. Quantitative research, which focused on client satisfaction with services, was conducted in the form of written and electronic surveys. Qualitative research, which served to deepen the research, was carried out in the form of several semi-structured interviews with employees of the selected company. Results: For clear processing of results, mainly modified classification crosses are used, as well as tables and graphs. A modified version of the differential analysis is also used in the evaluation. The results show that the customers of specific bases of the selected company are relatively satisfied with the services. Management and marketing of sport tourism events on the example of the segment of children

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to substantiate the meaning of the segment of children in tourism and specify a selected sport and region. Based on the results of the analysis I design the product of tourism, which brings visitors to the selected region.
Tourism impact analysis of Women´s World Floorball Championship in the Czech republic

This bachelor's thesis deals with an economic and other impact analysis within Women's World Floorball Championship held in the Czech Republic, specifically in the hosting cities Brno and Ostrava. In this thesis there are also defined terms as sport tourism, mega event and event tourism. There is a general perspective on impacts affecting local economy. The proper analysis is a direct impact research in the Czech Republic. The thesis confirmed the hypothesis about positive impact of Women's World Floorball Championship on tourism of the Czech Republic.
Marathon tourism

The bachelor's thesis deals with the marathon tourism, which gets into the subconscious the Czech runners. The main aim is to assess the growing importance of marathon tourism for the tourism industry and to verify the hypothesis that participants in marathon races provide all the services individually. The theoretical part explains the basic approaches in the field of sports tourism. This part also characterizes the marathon tourism and finds the existence of specialized travel agency. The practical part includes the creation of offers for participation in the marathon race, which is based on the statistical data and survey.
Rock-climbing as tourism activity in Adršpašsko-teplické oblasti region

The main objective of the thesis is to work out the proposal that should develop the rock-climbing as a tourist activity in the region of Adršpach and Teplice nad Metují. The thesis focused on the situational analysis of the destination which uncovered a lot of conflicts. Based on the results of the situational analysis of the destination (especially SWOT) the strategic objectives, strategy and the next steps were worked out. These measures should solve the mentioned conflicts in the given territory. The main focus of the thesis is to propose the new product aimed at organization of the rock-climbing triathlon of couples in the given region.
