Hlavním cílem práce je vypracování návrhu projektu, který řeší rozvoj horolezectví jako aktivity cestovního ruchu v Adršpašsko-teplické oblasti. V práci je věnována pozornost situační analýze destinace, ze které vyplynula řada konfliků. Na základě výsledků situační analýzy (zejména SWOT analýzy) destinace jsou zpracovány strategické cíle, strategie a opatření, která povedou k řešení těchto konfliktů na vymezeném území. Práce se dále věnuje jednomu z navrhovaných opatření, kterým je vytvoření nového produktu zaměřeného na organizaci horolezeckého triathlonu dvojic (družstev) ve vybrané oblasti. The main objective of the thesis is to work out the proposal that should develop the rock-climbing as a tourist activity in the region of Adršpach and Teplice nad Metují. The thesis focused on the situational analysis of the destination which uncovered a lot of conflicts. Based on the results of the situational analysis of the destination (especially SWOT) the strategic objectives, strategy and the next steps were worked out. These measures should solve the mentioned conflicts in the given territory. The main focus of the thesis is to propose the new product aimed at organization of the rock-climbing triathlon of couples in the given region.
