The goal of the graduation thesis: „Motivation system in a company“ is to analyze motivation system of Kralovopolska, a.s. company and to create a suggestion that will improve it. The theoretical part summarizes present knowledge about motivation and its influence on work performance of employees. The theoretical part describes and analyses motivation system and the ystem of evaluation job performance in Kralovopolska, a.s. company. There will be given suggestions ti improve motivation system in the company in the last part.

This bachelor thesis is divided into three parts, and deals with the motivation and the renumeration of workers by force of the employee benefits. The first part is focused on theoretical knowledge in the area of the motivation and define the employee benefits. The second part is focused on the analysis of society and used motivational resources in the company. At the same time, examines the satisfaction of employees on workers completed by the questionnaire. In the final part, there are mentioning the proposal for improving motivation and working productivity, and working together with supposed costs in the company.

The master‘s thesis deals with marketing auditing of company Tungaloy Rus with a special focus on its employees’ satisfaction. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the meaning and importance of marketing audit, as well as the concept of employees’ satisfaction and modern approaches to its measurement. The analytical part of the thesis focuses on performing the marketing audit of company Tungaloy Rus and surveying the satisfaction of its employees. Abstract Frídlová, L. Employee benefits of welding personnel. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2016. The aim of my thesis was to identify satisfaction of welding staff with offered employee benefits. Selected were three international companies. The information was gathered by questionnaire survey which was realized writing. Results of the survey were not very favourable. It was regulation certain rec-ommendations leading to an overall improvement in employee benefits system and to greater motivation of welders to higher job performance. The part of thesis was testing dependence between qualitative characteristics based on the selected hypotheses.

This thesis was focused on the Human resources management analysis of the selected company in the automotive industry. The aim of this thesis was to analyze the current system of human resource management in Valeo Compressor Europe, s. r. o. Management of the company was notified of the deficiencies that lead to a decrease in work efficiency and potential disincentives of workers. Improvement proposals were suggested to the plant for the future, which will lead to an improvement of the staff satisfaction.

Motivation of workers of specific production in a small firm

The thesis is dealing with the motivation of human resources in a small firm producing the specialized medical equipment. The aim is to analyse the actual situation of a motivation stucture and work satisfaction through the use of an empirical research and to suggest recommendations for the improvement of this area of the company's human resource management. The theoretical part characterizes a question of work motivation, system of assessment and remuneration of workers including employee benefits. The practical part of the thesis characterizes these areas of the personnel work in the company and then it analyses factors of motivation and work satisfaction of employees. Results of the questionnaire examination are used for the suggestions of some measures for the improvement of work motivation, satisfaction and stabilisation of the company's employees.
