Diplomová práce byla zaměřena na analýzu zvoleného podniku automobilového průmyslu. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zanalyzování současného systému řízení lidských zdrojů ve společnosti Valeo Compressor Europe, s. r. o. Vedení firmy bylo upozorněno na nedostatky, které vedou ke snížení efektivity práce a případné demotivaci pracovníků. Podniku byla navržena zlepšení do budoucna, jež povedou ke zlepšení spokojenosti pracovníků. This thesis was focused on the Human resources management analysis of the selected company in the automotive industry. The aim of this thesis was to analyze the current system of human resource management in Valeo Compressor Europe, s. r. o. Management of the company was notified of the deficiencies that lead to a decrease in work efficiency and potential disincentives of workers. Improvement proposals were suggested to the plant for the future, which will lead to an improvement of the staff satisfaction.
