The private Business in Czechoslovakia in the second half of the eighties

The diploma thesis "Private business in Czechoslovakia in the second half of the eighties" focuses on the period of "perestrojka" in the conditions of socialist Czechoslovakia in the second half of the eighties. The aim of the thesis is to describe and especially evaluate the beginnings of private business in socialist Czechoslovakia at the end of the eighties. The research question then is whether this economic form of production and trade had any hope of greater development given the given political order. Derived questions are to what extent private business was successful, what and how big a response it evoked among the population and especially how it was accepted and evaluated by the ruling elite. The thesis traces the change in the attitude of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia towards private business after Mikhail Gorbachev took over as General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union and the reconstruction of the economic mechanism announced by him both in the Soviet Union and in its satellites. Extinction of private entrepreneurship in Czechoslovakia in context of legal changes in 1948 - 1964

The aim of this thesis is to describe and analyze the gradual disappearance of private enterprise in Czechoslovakia in the years 1948 - 1964 based on the analysis of relevant laws and regulations. The theoretical part deals with the analysis of legislation giving effect to nationalization, these laws puts into political and economic framework of the former Czechoslovakia. Thesis will concentrate not only on the second wave of nationalization and the state interventions in the economy that occurred after February 1948, but it emphasizes that the first significant changes in the national economy appear in the Czechoslovakia in the period before February 1948 through presidential decrees from October 1945. The analytical part of thesis evaluates the progress of the nationalization on the example of the eight selected enterprises. Thesis brings finding that the conduct of the nationalization of chosen companies largely meet legal requirements on nationalization. On the other hand, it is necessary to take into account that the legislation governing the nationalization was strongly influenced by the political means that their aim was to destroy private enterprise.

Název: Trenér dětských sportovních přípravek a soukromé podnikání Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je představit nároky na trenéra dětských sportovních přípravek, charakterizovat funkci dětských sportovních přípravek s ohledem na osobnostní rozvoj dětí předškolního a mladšího školního věku a pohlédnout na realizaci dětských sportovních přípravek jako na soukromé podnikání. Metody: V naší práci jsme použili metodu analýzy a metodu komparace. Metodu analýzy jsme aplikovali v rozboru odborné literatury týkající se charakteristiky trenérské role, charakteristiky dětí předškolního a školního věku a charakteristiku kroků úspěšného podnikání. Metodu komparace a analýzy jsme použili ve výsledkové části při hodnocení vlastního podnikání při vedení a realizaci dětské sportovní přípravky. Výsledky: Na základě rozboru odborné literatury a hodnocení vlastního podnikání jsme zjistili, že silnou stránkou mého podnikání je nový přístup k tréninku dětí, kdy nabízíme netradiční tréninky pro všechny zájemce, výhodou je velká volnost a samostatnost při rozhodování, současně s tímto ale naopak odpovědnost za výsledky. Úspěšnost mého podnikání závisí na vynaloženém úsilí, čase, osobním nasazení, kritickým je výběr spolupracovníků, kdy nesprávný člověk dokáže zmařit vaši práci nebo ji svým přístupem oslabuje a naopak,...
The Private Music School Project

The bachelor´s thesis focuses on private music schools in the Czech Republic. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part focuses on the history of the Czech music education system from the Middle Ages to the 20th century. The second part deals with the music education system from 1989 to the present. It contains information on all levels of schools: elementary schools, high schools (conservatories) and universities. The main attention is focused on elementary music education, especially on the comparison between state schools, private schools and other possibilities of arts education in the Czech Republic. The final part of the thesis is devoted to the establishment of a private music school. The aim is to describe a manual of the foundation, demands made on the entrepreneur, duties related to entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic. This part also includes marketing of the school and searching for clients and capable employees.
The Development of Private Enterprise in China in Context of Political and Economic Changes

The topic of this thesis is the development of private enterprise in China in context of political and economic changes. The first chapter is devoted to the private sector development during last decades and its characteristics. The second chapter focuses on the private sector and its impact on the economy of China. Topics such as GDP or employment are discussed in this part. The end of this chapter shows the growth of Chinese private enterprise in the context of Chinese private companies' growth and the world's billionaires rise in last years. The third chapter looks at the issue from the other perspective. By analyzing yearbooks from world organizations I will find out what problems or obstacles put China to private enterprise to deal with, and also the means how the government promotes private business. The last chapter is devoted to current trends in the private business in China and its future development.
