Children's camp recreation as a form of social and organised tourism. Case study Jindřichohradecko

The aim of the diploma thesis is based on a theoretical framework and with the help of typology to explain the importance of social tourism and its relationship to bound tourism and to find out, how social (bound) tourism displays itself as a specific form in the shape of summer children's camps. The work introduces and compares the definitions of social and bound tourism, there is performed the typology of social tourism and there are also mentioned current trends in social and bound tourism and the specifics of the development of bound and social tourism in the Czechia. After defining and characterizing the territory of the Jindřichův Hradec district, the search for information about children's camps and the methodology of my own research are explained in detail in the text, which consists in the content analysis of a structured interview with open questions. Within the analysis, keywords are selected, and a mix of quantitative and qualitative evaluation is performed, in which both the frequency of keywords and the content of individual statements are evaluated. Tourism for all with a focus on children's camps

This bachelor thesis deals with social tourism, applied to children camps. The presentation of the organization Pionýr, z. s. and subsequent analysis of the data on camps for the years 2002 - 2016. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the position of the supply, especially the pioneer camps, on the market of the Czech Republic. In addition, using the data obtained from the SAFE project, demonstrate how much volunteer work on camps in the Czech Republic contributes. Finally, the aim was to verify how volunteer children's camps are important and beneficial in social tourism. When analysing the data of the Pionýr association, the decreasing trend in the number of camps as well as the number of children participating in the camps was found, however the interest in the camps is still high. Based on the outputs from the SAFE project, it was calculated how much volunteer work would cost for pioneer camps for 2016.
Analysis of tour operators offer for seniors

The thesis deals with a new trend in tourism -- senior tourism. The contribution of senior citizens to the tourism industry face the challenge of seasonality and stimulate economic growth, including employment. The senior segment is perspective because of its growing share in the population, improving health condition compared with previous generations, financial resources available and unlimited leisure time. The aim of the thesis is to analyze tour operators offer focused on outgoing packages for seniors in order to assess whether the offer reflects the specific needs and preferences of senior travellers. In addition, the thesis includes segmentation of senior travellers and recommendations for marketing communication towards this specific segment.
Social tourism in the regions of the Czech Republic

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current support for the social tourism in the Czech Republic in terms of its spatial layout and verification of achieving the goals associated with this concept. The theoretical part includes defining the concept of tourism, its typology, management and connection to the regional development. Further attention is given to social tourism, its principles, recent developments, the basic features and examples of its support in European countries. The practical part deals with the support for social tourism in the Czech Republic, both at the regional and national level. It includes an analysis of the National Programme for the Promotion of Tourism 2010--2013 in terms of the distribution of subsidies allocated to the regions, target groups and product types. It also includes a summary of the results of the survey, which was carried out by the grant recipient. The conclusion includes the evaluation of the success of this program and proposes recommendations for its further development. For the evaluation of the current support are used methods such as comparison, analysis of statistical data and field research. During analysis of statistical indicators were used data of Czech Statistical Office, Ministry of Regional Development, regional strategic concepts of tourism development and the data obtained from author's own field research.
Analysis of tourist services in a selected tourist region for selected segments

The diploma thesis is focused on social tourism in Brno. The aim of the thesis is to analyse in what measure the tourist services are adapted to young people, families with children, physically handicapped people and seniors in Brno. The thesis is divided in theoretical and analytical part. The analytical part can be divided into four groups such as attractions offer, analysis of accommodation services, gastronomic services and transport services. These services are evaluated in demand of each segment. The selected destination is analysed in attractiveness for each segment.
Analysis of supply of package tours for seniors

The thesis deals with the inbound senior tourism. The main aim of the thesis is to analyze the supply of package tours for seniors in the Czech Republic on the basis of the information recorded by the available resources. The other objective is to collect detailed information about senior tourism and to propose appropriate inbound package tours for seniors in the Czech republic on the basis of collected data. The concepts related to the senior tourism and specifics of the senior tourism are defined in the theoretical part of this thesis. The supply of package tours for seniors in the Czech Republic is analyzed in practical part. Web pages of the Czech inbound tour operators and questionnaires in particular are used to collect data. SWOT analysis is used to evaluate current supply. Examples of good practice from both foreign and Czech travel agencies are also mentioned in this thesis. In the conclusion, recommendations about appropriate package tours for seniors are designed on the basis of the primary and secondary data
Marketing in social tourism in Italy

Social tourism aims to allow traveling to those who are disabled or disadvantaged for any reason. That means especially the young people, seniors, families with children and persons with handicaps or disabilities. Diploma thesis "Social Marketing of tourism in Italy," provides an overview of Italian organizations and their products in mentioned area. Thesis is divided into the three parts. The first part describes basic principles of social tourism. The second part contains detailed analysis of the market situation of social tourism in Italy, including the marketing mix and SWOT analysis. The last part contains an assessment of current situation and proposal of recommendations that would enable wider application of the policy of social tourism in Italy.
