A Tool for Administration of the Company Product Portfolio

In this work, we introduce the evolution of thinking in the field of corporate governance. We are focusing on process management and current possibilities information support business processes. We'll show you an overview of performance measurement tools and process efficiency. An important part of this work is dedicated to design its own discount site that allows its customers to bulk purchases of various goods and services at a bargain price. For this site was created by an instrument to promote corporate portfolio. The tool is designed to automatically monitor and analyze sales success in competition and thus promote the award of contracts and specific form of a sale on your own server. The end of work is devote to practical use of the discount site in the real environment and evaluation of results.
The group buying phenomenon - factors leading to it's popularity and consumer position on the daily deals market from the user perspective

This bachelor thesis is focused on a phenomenon of group-buying on daily deals websites, especially then on the factors leading to it's popularity and the consumer position on the daily deals market. The topic is viewed from the user perspective, which the author tries to get to by way of a qualitative research. The author relies on the sociological theory of the consumer society in which she tries to find the roots of the successfully spreading of popularity of the discused phenomenon. As well author draws on there the theoretical background for a topic of consumer position on the daily deals market. Causes of spreading out are researched by a force of an exploration of motivation factors leading users to buy there. On that account there are as well described the theoretical conceptions of motivation and needs in brief. Author conducted a series of semistructured interview in which she emphasised the meanings that the users attach to the particular action. The analytical part of thesis connects main causes of spreading out of phenomenon, theoretically grounded in the theories of consumer society, with a typical aspects of this rather new way of internet shopping and consequent consume. The second topic, the own consumer-user view on their position on this market, is discused as well there.
Daily deal sites as a new marketing tool in the internet environment

This work deals with the new phenomenon of daily deal sites in the Czech Republic. The work is divided into three chapters. The first chapter focuses on the internet environment into which the first successful daily deal sites began penetrace in 2010. It continues in an extensive chapter, where is described the basic characteristic of the daily deal sites. Further, there is analyzed marketing of daily deal sites and at the end of this section there are mapped advantages, disadvantages and dangers that daily deal sites can bring about to sellers and customers. The final chapter of this work is own research among customers of daily deal sites. The research is based on previous chapters and its aim is analysis of research problems focusing on selected dangers of daily deal sites. At the end of this part, results of research are compared with the previous chapter and also there are presented some recommendations. The Daily Deal phenomenon and its position on the Czech and foreign markets

We are at the beginning of the 21st century and thanks to new technologies the behavior of consumers is changing completely which goes hand in hand with a change of marketing strategies. Thanks to the internet and social networks we are starting to get a whole new perspective on a business model that basically works since 1887 and is that succesfull that we can call it a phenomenon: Daily Deal websites. The aim of my thesis is to provide a complex analysis of the progress of this phenomenon in both Czech and foreign market and to suggest possible critical analysis of the subject.
Comparing commodity search engines and deal of the day servers

The thesis in the theoretical part explains the business model of commodity search engines and deal of the day servers, including the inclusion of these tools in internet marketing. Subsequently, the business models of these two instruments are compared in terms of possible use for the companies. In the practical part the thesis is focuses on a specific commodity search engines and deal of the day servers in the Czech Republic in terms of their performance and the comparison and then presents practical examples of using these channels by companies. The practical part is also a detailed example of the use of commodity search engines (Zboží.cz and Heureka.cz) and deal of the day servers (Skrz.cz) to a specific company Vivantis, a. s. Part of this demonstration is also a detailed analysis of the effectiveness of the use of these channels.
Discount Servers in the Sphere of Accommodation Services

The aim of this thesis is to analyse positives, negatives and up-to date situation in the field of accommodation services which are offered on the deal-of-the day portals on the Czech market. This piece of work should reveal reasons, why accommodation units should participate in this kind of promotion, and whether it brings some advantages or disadvantages to them. The work intention is to take a view of the actual market situation and discover up to now experience of portal users from the area of accommodation providers. Integral part of this work is an analysis of offerings on selected portals and short questionnaire survey. This work does not answer the question in which situations and whether to use these portals at all, however it brings present findings from fresh users. They are entered motives of cooperation with the deal-of-the-day portals, as well as mentioned difficulties which appeared.
Marketing and business analysis of daily deal sites

Few years ago a new way of shopping arrived to the market - online collective buying. Groupon has become the most famous daily deal site that gave rise to collective buying "boom" and expended to the whole world involving Czech republic and Slovakia. The thesis focuses on history of emergence of daily deal sites, analysis of czech and slovak daily deal sites, its comparison of products and services and the difference in behavior of czech and slovak customer.
