Counting of People Passing Through a Door Using a Stationary Camera
Tichý, Ľuboš ; Behúň, Kamil (referee) ; Sochor, Jakub (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with counting of people passing through a door. It may be used in case, when we need to know, how many people there are in monitored room. The first part is a description of existing methods of counting people and the second part deals with used computer vision methods. Proposed system can count people, including distinguishing their motion direction. The last part contains an evaluation of the system.
Mapping of the Pedestrian Movement Trajectory in a Video Recording Captured by a Drone
Šťastný, Filip ; Tinka, Jan (referee) ; Orság, Filip (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with pedestrian detection using neural networks in a video record captured by drone. Pedestrians are tracked, and their GPS coordinates are calculated using digital elevation models and mapped based on their identity and an information provided by the drone.
Human detection in commercial applications
Černín, Jan ; Richter, Miloslav (referee) ; Horák, Karel (advisor)
The aim of the master thesis is to derive and implement image porcessing methods for people detection and tracking in images or videos. The overall solution was chosen as a combination of modern approaches and methods which were recently presented. The proposed algorithm is able to create trajectory of the person moving in indoor building spaces even under influence of full or partial occlusion for a short period of time. The scene of interest is surveyed by a static camera having direct view on targets. Selected methods are implemented in C# programming language based on OpenCV library. Graphical user interface was created to show the final output of algorithm.
Design of an assistive mobile robot for following people
Šamánek, Jan David ; Appel, Martin (referee) ; Adámek, Roman (advisor)
At the beginning of the thesis, several algorithms for person tracking, gesture detection, and person tracking are presented. The following section focuses on the description of the created program. Namely, the implementation of person detection, gesture detection, person tracking, and program application to the robotic platform. This work also handles the control of the robotic platform based on the outputs of the created program.
