Marketing Strategy Proposal for an Association

The thesis deals with a marketing stratégy inovation focusing on community event „Day of Princesses“. Theoretical part defines terms related to organizing non-profit organization, marketing and marketing strategies. Further, it decribes marketing analyzes which are assembled in the second part of this work. Final section of the thesis is develoted to own resolution proposals, which should lead to improvement of current situation.
Marketing Mix of Language School Presto

The thesis is focused on the analysis of current marketing mix of the Presto language school, especially on its marketing mix of language courses for the public. On the basis of acquired information, it presents recommendations for possible improvement. The theoretical part of the thesis emphasizes service marketing mix, and explains its components. The following parts analyse the outer environment of the language school, as well as its current marketing mix, and bring suggestions for enhancement of the marketing mix of language courses for the public.

This master's thesis deals with customer satisfaction issues of selected Thai restaurant in Brno. Using relevant methods are proposed appropriate measures to increase the current level of customers' satisfaction. Marketing research is used to do this, and it is conducted using a questionnaire survey. Based on the data capture, the data are being analysed and they provide input for evaluating and setting up suggestions to increase total customer satisfaction level.

Title: Marketing Research of Customer Satisfaction in Tenis Center Dobříš Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to find out customer satisfaction with the service provided in Tenis Center Dobříš. Based on the data from survey and identified shortcomings suggest proposals to improve customer service. Methods: Marketing research was based on questionnaire survey. Writing questionnaire method was chosen. It is a primary data. The results are clearly summarized into graphs. To acquire informations of actual situation was used semi-structured interview. Information from interview leads to the creation of the questionnaire. Results: The results of marketing analysis shows, that customers of Tenis Center Dobříš are mostly satisfied. Analýza a návrh marketingové komunikace startupu CleanMyPlace

This bachelor thesis is focused on the proposal of marketing communication for new start-up company CleanMyPlace, the winner of VŠE Exports 2015, aimed at increase of its brand awareness and improvement of existing marketing strategies and tactics. The theoretical part is devoted to marketing tools, most improtantly to marketing online communication, as soon as this brand provides its services via internet. In the practical part are defined and analysed the current marketing communication. The following practical part of the thesis presents the performed questionnaire and discovered results. In the final part are proposed particular solutions and recommendations aimed at improvement of the offered services and a suggested marketing communication for the purpose of increaing the brand awareness.
