Spiral conveyor

Spiral screw conveyors, as conveyors without a traction element, use the effects of rotating spiral for transport. To ensure correct operation during upward transport, a prerequisite for functionality is created in this work. Furthermore, the selection of a suitable material for which the dried sewage sludge was selected is made. In the following parts, the design calculation, and the choice of the conveyor construction for the specified dimensional and performance parameters are performed. Finally, a strength check of the functional parts such as gutter deflection is performed. Part of the thesis is also drawing documentation, which is based on the text part.
Screw conveyor for transport to steel shot blasting

The aim of this thesis is the design and the design of screw conveyor for transporting steel shot blast machines to steel components according to the supplied parameters. Here is the calculation of the basic dimensions of the conveyor, the design of the propulsion system, the calculation of the filling of the trough, the determination of the total weight of the Auger, Auger and saving design strength control functional parts, this work is composed of technical reports and drawings.

The aim of this thesis is the design of screw conveyor for transporting chips. Together with the design this thesis also includes technical report with basic calculations. Aim of this thesis is to sum up trenchless technology focusing on microtunneling. The thesis is divided into 4 basic parts. First part describes general trenchless technology. Second part focuses on trenchless methods. Third part's content is dividing microtunelling works and their description. Last part contains evaluation of machinery parameters from individual manufacturers. The thesis is written in recherche style and doesn't contain my own drafts.
Neutralization of acid solutions

The present thesis is concerned with neutralization of acid groundwater after the hydrochemical uranium mining in the area of Stráž pod Ralskem. In the thesis is briefly described progression of the hydrochemical uranium mining and follow-up negative impacts on the environment. There is described the technology involved in its disposal. This is followed by the design calculation of major apparatus technology associated with neutralization of acid solutions. Output of technology is determined by the mass balance. The results are the main dimensions of the apparatus, mechanical parts and electric power each device.
Mechanical pretanning in sewage works

The bachelor thesis contains a literature search dealing with mechanical equipment of waste water treatment plants. After introduction of waste treatment there is stated some description of technical and construction search of particular equipment, system of their operating, analysis of their operation parameters and their using on waste water treatment plants in this bachelor thesis. There are described typical ordering of particular equipment in to technological lines on waste water treatment plants. The bachelor thesis contains description of self-cleaning screen, hand skimmed screen, mechanical coarse screen, mechanical fine screen, equipment for grit and sand removing, skimmed cylinder strainers, screw conveyors, screw presses for screenings with washing and integrated coarse pre-treatment. There are published some schemes, sketches, photos and tables of technical parameters above mentioned equipment in this bachelor thesis. The sketches of technical drawing character are treated in Autodesk ACAD 2005 program.

It consists of a technical report containing mainly conceptual design of the entire device, calculation of the main dimensions, design a functional drive and choice of flexible shaft coupling, load calculation, selection and checking of bearings and strength control of structural components, plus drawings, which consists of a set of proposed installation, detailed subassemblies of the attachments of worm shaft in all bearings, welding subassemblies of the trough and production drawing of the input pin.
